Розташування супер, локація зручна

Cons:

Тільки були ліжка не зручні. Мало бути двоспальне ліжко, а це були складені два односпальні, і відповідно матраци розходились

Гарний сучасний готель, чудове тихе місце для відпочинку на вихідні.
Pros:

Чудовий невеликий готель для відпочинку. Повністю відповідає фото. У номері чисто, тепло, білосніжна постіль та рушники. У готелі свіжий сучасний ремонт, інстаграмне лобі, привітний персонал! У номері великий телевізор, питна водичка, чайник, чай, усі потрібні одноразові гігієнічні речі. Знаходить за пару хвилин пішки від бюгельного та крісельного підйомників. Поряд водоспад Шипіт. Підходить як для зимового відпочинку (лижі, санки, тюби), так і для літа (трекінг, гори, водоспад). Крісельний підйомник на г. Гимба працює протягом цілого року.

It's definetely worth it for a short stay, can recommend.
Pros:

Very modern rooms, location from the resort, free fresh water/tea/coffee. Absolutely above expectations TV with a great internet speeds.

Cons:

The bed had spring matress & the shower had a curtain that moved a lot when showering.

Номер гарний, чистий та охайний. Адміністрації варто уважніше заселяти гостей, але цілком враження позитивне.
Pros:

Місцезнаходження чудове, персонал пішов нам на зустріч і дозволив заселитись раніше, було чисто і охайно

Cons:

Нам спочатку надали не той номер, що ми замовляли, ми подзвонили адміністрації і все вирішили, але якщо б не наше невдоволення- то відпочивали б у номері без телевізора. Нам було дуже чутно сусідів зверху.

Дуже подобається цей готель! Вже не вперше тут зупиняюсь, і приємно бачити, що він стає ще кращим. Нещодавно оновили номери – тепер вони не тільки сучасні й стильні, а й надзвичайно затишні. В кімнатах комфортно перебувати: зручні ліжка, гарний інтер’єр, чистота і все необхідне для відпочинку. Атмосфера в готелі домашня, персонал привітний та уважний. Відчувається турбота про гостей у кожній дрібниці. Дуже задоволена перебуванням і обов’язково рекомендую цей готель для відпочинку.

Дуже мила дівчина на рецепції, приємний персонал, феї чистоти в тому числі. Всі йдуть на контакт і чують потреби гостей. Дуже чисто в номері, локація ідеальна.

Cons:

Якщо брати не покращений номер, є ньюанс? Між матрасом і стіною в голові є простір і подушка постійно туди падає. Це все, що не сподобалось. Здавалось би дрібниця, але виспатись від душі заважає

Загалом непогано, але ще є над чим попрацювати
Pros:

Видно що готель доволі новий, в сучасному стилі з етнічними мотивами. Непогане розташування, близько до водоспаду Шипіт та підйомника. Є басейн, але вже було холодно на вулиці щоб купатись.

Cons:

Лише початок вересня, але було вже холодно. Є обігрівач, але все одно боялись залишати його увімкненим надовго. Також не дуже зручно що відсутній адміністратор
