Location and layout of the room - except for the kitchenette.

Cons:

Kitchenette very cramped but enough for what we needed. Fridge needs to be smaller ( didn’t think I would ever say this) or the door opening the opposite way would help.

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Nothing. We walked in, saw the room was completely different to what was advertised and walked out. We stayed somewhere else.

Cons:

The rooms/bathrooms look nothing like what is advertised on the website, to the point where it should be considered false advertising. It is loud, the rooms are just beds in a square room and nothing else and the shared bathroom has not been updated in decades and resembles the bathroom of a cheap backpackers.
We did not stay in this accommodation but found far more reasonable accommodation down the road in a motel, which felt like a 5 star resort after this experience.
