Pros:

Me and my 2 kids are homeless at the moment so having a cheaper nice place to stay for a rest was really good, its clean, people are friendly, the beds were super comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it.
I paid $315 for the booking. When we arrived, the room was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The shared bathroom was also very dirty and unhygienic. The room had almost no ventilation or airflow, and the window appeared to be broken. The room looked completely different from the clean and well-presented photos shown online.
I explained to Jamie, a staff member, that I have medical issues, including breathing difficulties and a heart condition, and that staying in such a room was not suitable for me. I requested to cancel the second night. Jamie told me not to worry and said he would arrange the cancellation. Based on what he told me, we stayed for the first night and cancelled the following night.
However, I have now been told that I will receive no refund, despite the conversation I had with Jamie about cancelling the second night. I paid $315 and feel that this situation has been handled very unfairly.
When I called the property and asked to speak with Jamie, the staff member who answered was also extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service was very disappointing.
The cleanliness, room condition, communication and customer service were all unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and I would definitely not book a room here again.

Cheap and very nasty.
Pros:

Location was handy, but on the main road and no parking other than on the main road out front.

Cons:

The room was very very basic and pretty gross. There was a smell in the hallway that nearly made us sick, i have no idea what it was, but not good. The shared bathroom was very very rundown and old and pretty average. Yes this was cheap, but it felt like i was in a detention centre. No complaints with staff etc. ALso the pics shown didn't really reflect what the room was, there is some pics on there that make it look alot better than it really is.
