Отличный отель, который я буду рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым.
Pros:

Классный и недорогой отель в с отличным расположением. Рядом есть все необходимое: круглосуточные магазины и кофейни, хорошие кафе и рестораны. В комнатах чисто и опрятно. Персонал вежливый и тактичный.

Cons:

Не могу отнести это к минусам самого отеля, но был неприятный запах болота в ванной комнате. Также не совсем хорошая шумоизоляция номеров: слышно, как соседи моются, разговаривают и храпят (но это всё не критично).

In terms of price-quality ratio, it even exceeded expectations, a good choice for this location.
Pros:

A small hotel located within a large residential complex. I chose it because it was close to my business trip. It's a mini-hotel, but for its size, it's quite good. New furniture and renovations, quiet even with the windows open, and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs with a suitcase. One downside to the equipment is that you need to be careful when using the shared hotel iron, as the steam can leave rusty marks.

Pros:

Доброжелательный персонал. Чистый и уютный номер. Удобная кровать. Расположение для меня оказалось удачным. Близость к аэропорту и пешая доступность к интересующим меня объектам в городе.

Cons:

Отсутствие завтрака как опция.
