The accommodations is located in 5 buildings on the hotel complex, but check-in for all accommodations takes place at the reception of Hotel Löhr.

Please note that the only elevator in the complex is in Hotel Löhr. There are no elevators in the other buildings.

Baden Baden is a charming town.
Pros:

Very central location right in town, bus stop to the train station 2 min walk. Reasonable hotel for the price.

Cons:

The air conditioner was making loud noises so we had to change rooms, we originally booked a business double but we were changed to a smaller twin room, which was not ideal. The rooms are getting a bit tired and need a refresh.

Pros:

An excellent hotel in a perfect location, right in the city centre. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They gave us useful advice about the city and recommended the best places to visit and relax.

The room was cosy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was varied and more than sufficient. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again

Great location but the hotel room had an old feel to it
Pros:

Central location, good breakfast, cordial staff.

Cons:

Our room was not in the actual hotel building but in a nearby annex, which was a surprise at check-in, we hadn’t been informed of this at the time of booking. The toiletries were very scant and not replaced, the towels were small and threadbare. There were only 4 coat hangers in the wardrobe to share between two people. The pillows were not a normal rectangular shape but were huge square unevenly stuffed lumpy things that weren’t very comfortable.
