Välstädat och bra personal

Cons:

Vi fick ett rum på tredje våningen, det var så där. Hade inga eluttag, fick ställa teven på golvet och ta det eluttaget till vatten kokaren.
Sänglampans uttag användas till att ladda telefoner.

Pros:

Bon emplacement près de village market 5 minutes à pied près de la plage 5 minutes à pied. Petit restau juste en bas. Bon Wi-Fi. Personnel sympathique. Grande piscine. Café et eau en chambre ts les matins.

Cons:

Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre. Je ne sais pas par où ils passaient.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat nur 26 Zimmer und ist total gemütlich. Wer sich Superluxus erwartet liegt falsch. Aber die Straßenzeile lässt den Hauch vergangener Tage spüren. Gegend hat viele skandinavische Stammgäste. Man kennt sich. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Für uns war es toll.

Good value, good location, good staff
Pros:

The owners are lovely people and they have a very good cook. Housekeeping does a good job and the building managers were very helpful with some minor maintenance items.
They have a pool but we didnt use because the beach, which is nice and clean, is only 2 minutes behind the building.
There is a nice mall with cheap food court 5 minutes' walk down the street and minimarts nearby.
For the money and location there may not be a better value in Hua Hin.

Cons:

Avoid the laundry service. A receptionist told me 80 THB per kilo so I dropped off less than 2 kg of laundry. The next day when I picked up, a different receptionist gave me an itemized bill for 330 THB ($11 USD) I tried to explain what the first receptionist said but 2nd receptionist said I have to specify what kind of pricing I want when I drop it off even if there are no options on the placard they display on the front desk. Not a huge deal - there are several coin-operated self laundry shops nearby, which is what we did the rest of our stay.

Still a good stay overall and I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Hua Hin.

Annars bra personal. Välstädat varje dag! Mycket trevligt bemötande. Bra standard på rummen!
Pros:

Nära till allt! 150 m till stranden. Bassäng om man föredrar det! Stort affärscenter 5-10 min från hotellet.

Cons:

Ingen hiss när man bor högst upp 3 tr. Jobbigt när man är äldre.

Great position, comfy beds
Pros:

Comfy beds, good position, near beach, 10 minutes walk to loads bars, 5 minutes walk to big shopping complex. Included breakfast on my plan. Access to pool. Had a balcony.

Cons:

No lift, which was ok for us. Fridge v noisy which one night broke a glass bottle in middle of the night, strange, and we had to pay for it. Shower hot but no pressure.

Affordable and comfortable
Pros:

Booked this hotel last minute due to my dad living in quite an awkward location. And was very affordable with a decent, comfortable room. Staff were polite and the room was cleaned very well. Also very close to market village where I could get food and services from.

Cons:

Was a bit awkward with checking out early with no one in reception but it worked out ok in the end.

I stayed at Thipurai Annex – Hotel near Hua Hin Beach for 34 unforgettable days, and it truly became my home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and genuine care of the staff made my long stay feel effortless and joyous.
🙌 Koi, the office manager, was always looking out for us with such kindness and attentiveness — she made sure every detail of our stay was perfect.
🌞 Priaw, the morning receptionist, welcomed us each day with a cheerful smile that instantly brightened our mornings.
😄 Kor, the night receptionist, had such a fun, caring spirit — he always made us laugh and genuinely made us feel taken care of, like family.
✨ Wol and Fon, our incredible room attendants, kept our room spotless and comfortable, and their thoughtful touches never went unnoticed.
What truly sets Thipurai Annex apart is not just the comfortable rooms or the perfect location near Hua Hin Beach, but the heart and soul of the team. Every staff member treats you with warmth and respect, and their kindness is what makes this place extraordinary. The owner carries herself with such grace and quiet strength — you can feel her pride and heart in every corner of the hotel.
