Cons:

Key card of the room was faulty...had to change room and even then key care not always worked. So many other people told me they had the same issue

Good value for a short, casual stay.
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and the beds really clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful, upgraded our bed sizes and late check out.

Cons:

Location isn’t great in terms of parking, the recommended car park was quite a walk which was inconvenient with all our luggage. After being out in Leeds our key card wasn’t working for the electricity so had no lighting and couldn’t charge our phones etc.

A pleasant experience
Pros:

Very modern clean hotel , near a few restaurants

Cons:

We went by foot and walked from the train station it was quite a long walk,not the hotels fault due to roadworks , I’d definitely stay. Here again

Not the best
Pros:

Location good and you get a free drink at the bar which was good.

Cons:

Nothing else great. There was no room service available even though it said there would be when booking. We paid for an executive room and the bed was uncomfortable and it was really just a bit rough round the edges. The bath was very low and shallow. We paid nearly 3 times more than someone else we spoke to in reception who had a double room including breakfast and ours didn't even include that. Premier inn much better and much cheaper, will do that next time.

A quick over night stay in Leeds.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fairly central position being just a few minutes walk into town for shops, or bars. Its a little dated in places, but for the money its a decent stay. I have stayed here previously and would do so again.

Cons:

The online check in is good, but you still have to queue to collect your key cards. It would be far better to have a machine that can print online bookings and provide you with the room key. This would allow reception team members welcome guests who need to check in still and speed up the process of check in.
