Enjoyable stay would recommend.
Pros:

We liked that it was modern and the view was really good to.

Cons:

I didn’t like being woken up at 9am by the workman above our room using drills and machinery it was inconvenient I was looking forward to having a lie in.

Great location, clean and comfortable, would stay again :)
Pros:

Staff were always super friendly and helpful. The room was great, lovely space and comfortable bed. Everything was clean. I've stayed before and would stay again, it's in a great location.

Cons:

Unfortunately the heating stopped working and it got quite cold but we were only staying one night so managed just by putting on more layers of clothes.

Recently refurbished rooms. Comfortable beds. Ideal location. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The amenities like kettle were "hidden" as part of the design and I didn't find it until we checked out.

Very noisy
Pros:

Very nice location in the centre of Leeds

Cons:

It was extremely noisy and badly isolated. I had to leave at 4:15 to catch an early flight so I was hoping to get some sleep early but it was simply impossible. The noises on the hallway went on and on until after midnight and you could hear everything people did and said. The slamming doors were especially bothering me.
