the hotel is fine for a short stay with a good location but facilities are quite old and service could use some improvem

Cons:

We had a disabled room which we wasn’t expecting. Everything was very low. We also had a wet room which for the money we payed we was not expecting to receive this. Plus the beds were not comfy.

Disappointing and not usual leonardo standards
Pros:

Good location. Staff dealt with our complaint well.

Cons:

Room we were given was awful. Holes in the carpet, chipped bathroom tiles and unclean. Got moved to another room which was ok but still not great.

Every time I stay I ask them to serve hash browns for breakfast. I'm a vegan, so there's limited hot food for me. The type of veggie sausages they serve aren't very nice, so I don't have them.
