Breakfast was good, evening meal was poor but the staff were great when we complained about it the lady running the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful sorting the issue.
Clean, modern, and well-placed.
The restaurant food was good.
The bed was comfy. And a great view of the city.
I bought a porridge pot from the receptionist and was charged £4.50. That is expensive.
The receptionist was helpful, but looked so sad.
Parking was not easy, and expensive.

Location is good and I’ve stayed at a few Leonardo hotels and it’s one of the fair basic hotel chains around
As a woman of colour I am sad to say I’ve never experienced such racism in my life. I was 16 min late to leave after check out and when reception called there was an issue with the phone so they could not hear me. A receptionist called Gabi came to bang on my door and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave or extend my check out. I went down and paid to extend my check out till 1pm. As soon as 1pm on the dot came. Gabi was again banging on the door and threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave. When I walked down I requested to see the manager. A woman with dark hair and a fringe came and said she’s the manager. She said she is calling the police unless I leave the hotel and did not want to hear what my complaint was about. I did not even address the complaint. Gabi then again came to verbally assault me and my driver
lovely hotel very good location near centre & train station
it was all good no worries
Cannot fault my stay, the steak was amazing, cooked to perfection, in fact, I would say it was the best steak I have ever. eaten
