Stylish boutique stay in Uncastillo.
Pros:

Location in the beautiful hill top town of Uncastillo. The owners Dani and Valeria made us feel very welcome and gave us some great suggestions regarding places to visit nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. They serve great food in their restaurant for supper and also own a local bar which was buzzing. Breakfast was also very good!

Acogedor, cómodo y tranquilo
Pros:

Valeria y Daniel fueron anfitriones de primer nivel. Nos contaron de sus aventuras, sobre el pueblo, nos dieron indicaciones de cómo disfrutarlo, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos.
El lugar es precioso, de bella personalidad y está ubicado en pleno corazón de Uncastillo.
A más de 10000 km de distancia me logré sentir como en casa muy rápido.
El desayuno muy rico y abundante, todo recién preparado.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem mittelalterlichen Dorf, dass vom Tourismus fast unberührt ist. Die Betreiber sind herzlich und zuvorkommend und machen den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen persönlichen Erlebnis, Das Abendessen muss aus organisatorischen Gründen bis 16:00 vorbestellt werden, dafür bekommt man authentische Küche. Insgesamt ein unverhofftes außergewöhnliches Erlebnis!

Hotel gezocht in Uncastillo? Aarzel niet.
Pros:

De mooie ligging aan een mooi pleintje met mooie kerk. Alles tiptop. We werden in de bar wat lagerop (van dezelfde eigenaar ) getrakteerd op een glas. Het fantastische ontbijt.
Wij dineerden er niet, maar dat hadden we moeten doen.

Cons:

Tevreden over de hele lijn.
Ruime, veilige en gratis parkeerplaats aan de rand van het dorp.

Merci pour ce très bon séjour à Valeria et Daniel.
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. L'hôtel est à l'image de ce village à taille humaine est tellement chaleureux. Les gérants ont pris le temps de nous expliquer correctement malgré la barrière de la langue. L'établissement est très propre et on y mange très bien. Les gens sont très respectueux et on trouve une sérénité et du repos.
