Nothing was a problem for the hosts, they are super friendly, warm and welcoming. We loved our stay
Pros:

Amazing hosts, fantastic breakfast in a beautiful property. They provided great tips on what to see in the quaint village. Our evening meal was 10/10 ! Best meal of our trip ! They even sang happy birthday to me and gave me a small gift which was lovely.

Cons:

Shower was tiny and church bells going all night kept me awake but it wasnt a problem, just something to be aware of.

Alojamiento inmejorable. Casa muy bonita y cuidada. Ya sólo al entrar al portalón te invade un olor a lavanda que tienen cortado. La atención maravillosa, muy atentos a tus necesidades. Habitación estupenda, bien decorada, muy limpia y con lo suficiente. El pueblo es muy bonito y la gente amabilísima.

El mejor lugar donde puedes alojarte en Uncastillo (Zaragoza)
Pros:

Respecto a la limpieza le pongo un 10 porque no puedo poner un 20. Si me hubieran dicho que estaba lleno y no habían mesas para cenar, habría cenado en el WC sin lugar a dudas de lo impoluto que estaba todo. No he visto señor más amable que el dueño de esta Posada, atento, servicial, detallista... Lugar acogedor, sin grandes extravagancias ni modernidades. Los precios del restaurante, muy adecuados, sólo sirven desayunos y cenas.

Cons:

Imposible que haya algo que no te guste de este pequeño hotel.
