We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was amazing and the directions were easy to find the cabin!
Lodging was great along with the atmosphere!
Received a text from Laurel Valley that were offering a breakfast in the morning, nice suprise!
Will be going back in the future!
couldn't ever get front door to open correctly room door took several tries for it to open, coffee pot quit working
Great views and location
Would stay here again!
Beautiful, beautiful property, but I was pretty surprised that there
Nice clean room. Please be warned that the path to the room is quite steep.
Needs throws, extra blankets. Smelled bad.like someone had a dog in there.
If you're looking for a secluded stay with a beautiful view, this is where you what to be. The only negative was that the balcony wasn't as updated as the room. The first step out to the balcony has some give in the boards & the railing wasn't in the best shape. Being that high up, that needs to be updated. The lobby was stunning with 360° glass walls with a cute library feel.
Our stay was wonderful. It was our anniversary trip. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay and this place was the perfect spot. It was really close and convenient to everything and the rustic theme was very cozy and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Very easy check in process and staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean.
We just loved this stay. What a magical place ticked up in the woods. Fed the large koi from our balcony. Super clean, all the modern amenities in a log cabin.
This is a unique place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful.
The directions to the unit were confusing and the walk down to the unit was difficult. Not sure it would be doable for elderly or disabled.
Two lights were out...shower and bar area. Coffee was not stocked and clock was incorrect and we were not able to set it.
Was a nice unit but felt there was no one to call for help...a call to the "emergency number" was not returned.
Was a nice unit however and we enjoyed our stay.
There were only 2 hiccups the shower handle wasn't working and we had to wait to get to our parking spot on a couple that had to strap down their motor ycles and car before we could get to our parking spot. We loved the chalet it was very peaceful
I loved the location and views of the mountain. I will stay again!
The room was amazing and the view off of the balcony was breathtaking. Within the first hour of being there we encountered a moma bear and her two cubs. That was the cherry on top. We will definitely stay there again.
Cozy room with a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. Very quiet location in the woods, with a running brook and coy pond. Saw a huge bear cross the street about a mile from the room, so that was a plus 😆 About 30 to 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, through small towns. Hillbilly Restaurant is very close and they have a good breakfast buffet. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. There's no front desk. You get a code to enter the property after 10PM and codes to get into the building and your room. Apartment size fridge, Keurig, microwave. We will be back.
What a hidden gem near Townsend!! This is a very unique place to stay (I was just looking for a hotel room) The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a neat walk in shower. Just like a bedroom with a gorgeous view of a mountain. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure stay again and a bit longer than just one night. Check in was SO easy. I didn't get the email because it was a last minute decision to stay, so I called and almost immediately got a text with information. Excellent find!!
