Excellent value for money. Very convenient location. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Stayed here several times before. It's my first choice when staying in Ranau. Very convenient for trips to both Kinabalu Park HQ and to Poring Springs. As usual I was able to park my rental car directly outside the hotel.

Pleasant stay. Already planning to book again for a night when I pass through Ranau next week.
Pros:

Have stayed here several times before. Very convenient location for Kinabalu Park HQ and Poring Springs - I decide which to go to depending on the weather. Very convenient for eating in Ranau. Ranau has a great selection of places to eat. Comfy bed. Good value for money - you're not paying a lot so don't expect a big room.

Cons:

There isn't a wardrobe (not a problem for me, but I guess some might find this an issue) - the room is too small to take a wardrobe. There is a bit of a smell from the drain in the bathroom - but this is Malaysia, plumbing is not their greatest skill.
