Great place to stay close to the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport. Good spacious room. Staff is very good.

Cons:

Very difficult to get transportation to get to town as it’s on the side of the road that makes uber go to far to make a u-turn so they don’t come. However, the hotel we found out can arrange their hotel car. Because our frustration with transportation, the manager very kindly arranged a free ride to the airport.

Pros:

In der Nähe des Flughafens, aber nicht gut zum Laufen. Kostenloser Airport drop off hat gut funktioniert. Pool auf dem Dach war toll, abends hat die Rooftop Bar geöffnet, und alles ist schön beleuchtet und war gut besucht. Frühstück war ok, haben auch zu Abend gegessen, auch ok. Angenehm war, dass es für Fruh-Abreiser schon Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück gab, Obst, Sandwiches z.B., durften auch was mitnehmen.

Cons:

Check in hat lange gedauert, erst wurde unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, und bei unserer späten Ankunft war das nervig.

Great location near airport
Pros:

Conveniently situated near the International Airport. Staff was good and helpful. Food was ok. Pick up and drop off was well managed. Uber was available easily through app. Water fresher was good in the bathroom and proper lighting in the room and bathroom. Full length mirror was there in the room, which I check first thing in the room and cleanliness. They have Wi-Fi, but I never use hotel ones as I use international roaming always when I travel for security reasons solely.

Cons:

Not much but few. Had to call room service to supply the missing items in the room few times and to connect the refrigerator as it was not plugged and ready for use. The quilt cover was stained and had to ask to change. The floor carpet in front of the bed requires replacing or thorough cleaning. Attention to minute details is needed.

Pros:

We were stuck here for 9 nights due to the Iran war. Reception rang every evening to check we were comfortable. Staff were very helpful including Bimal Das and Ankini in the restaurant. And the room attendant Baban Dey was exceptional.

Location close to airport but this hotel needs improvement on many fronts to compete with other hotels of the same star
Pros:

Location is close to the Kolkata international airport. Facilities are decent and staff are good but still not at par with other hotels of the same star level. Still loads of scope for learning and improvement.

Cons:

No toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to ask for it twice before request was fulfilled. No cutlery in the room for making tea or coffee. Shower door had hinges but no actual door. During breakfast, restaurant staff were more interested in asking for the room number than providing service. Staff were standing idle but tables were not clean. Glasses and cutlery were not replenished on time.

Good value luxury stay close to the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport, a comfortable stay in a modern hotel. The hotel has a rooftop pool which is a plus in the climate. A good restaurant and a very tasty breakfast included.

Sauberes Hotel im Flughafen-Nähe an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Flughafen, war der Hauptgrund für diese Buchung, früh morgens fliegen mussten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben im Hotel eigenen Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen schmeckte sehr lecker.geräumiges Zimmer

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an der befahrenen Ausfallstrasse vom Flughafen. Wir waren in der 5. Etage. Das Zimmer 515 war sehr laut wegen dem Verkehr. Gehörschutz beim Schlafen empfohlen.
