À améliorer, déçu par rapport à la dernière fois

La proximité et les alentours

Cons:

La propreté des chambres.
Le service petit dejeuner très déçue par rapport à la dernière fois. Les plats étaient vides. Aucune gérance. Les membres du personnel se servent avant les clients , c est un manque de professionnalisme.

Absolutamente TODO. El Sr. Mohsin súper atento tanto a mi como a mi hija en todo momento. Nos atendía y facilitaba todo lo que necesitábamos en todo momento. Siempre es un acierto volver. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Diferencia entre la reserva y el.pagi final.

El.hotel esta bien situado.

Cons:

La recepción y el.manejo del cobro. Tengo dos cargos en la tarjeta que según dijo dio fallida.

Se pagó en efectivo 500€ y 251.38€ en tarjeta de otro compañero, pese a que la reserva 729 digan por habitación.

Nice, helpful staff. Lobby was clean and uncluttered. Easy to find and close to the old city.

Cons:

There was a persistent bad odor coming from the bathroom. I think it was from the drain.
A bit of street noise even with the windows closed.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner n'était pas attentif du réassortiment du buffet ! Manquait des verres tasses à café. Pas de thé pendant le petit déjeuner malgré mes nombreuses demandes.

Hôtel neuf très bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel très très bien placé,neuf,chambre confortable très grande. Lits très confortables.
Bonne insonorisation par rapport aux autres chambres

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit de rue malgré le double vitrage.
Personnel d'accueil et du petit déjeuner tres dilettante. L'impression qu'il.n'y a personne pour manager.
