Pool area dirty, not.maintained, used towels not collected.
Worst was the canalisation smell in the bathroom. Informed reception but they couldn't fix it. It was overwhelmingly heavy smell. It was only in the bathroom but same at Pool area.

People smoke cigarettes and grass in pool area. Since there is no staff around, nobody warns them.

Besides reception and breakfast area, all the rest of the hotel is old. Furnitures are worn out.
Definitely not a 5* hotel.

The perfect hotel for a luxurious feel, quiet holiday.
Pros:

It surprised me, I wasn’t expecting such a nice hotel. Modern decor and clean. Staff were fabulous, very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, some dishes were different every morning. There was some soundproofing in the room (not very good though). Loved the view from my room at the 12th floor. Big Swimming pool, and warm water.

Cons:

It wasn’t a big let down for me, but my room was right in front of the lifts - soooo you could hear the lift bell going on all the time. I had my earplugs, it didn’t bother me much.
