Excellent value for money, wonderful service and a fantastic family stay — we would definitely return.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay and were genuinely impressed by the value for money. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming and helpful, and the hotel facilities were very good. Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a particularly large and well-designed bathroom.

The swimming pool was lovely, and as a family we really appreciated the kids’ corner in the lobby. Our children enjoyed it very much, and it was a thoughtful addition that made the hotel feel genuinely family-friendly.

Overall, everything worked very well for us. Considering the quality of the accommodation, facilities and service for the price, this was excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. We had a very positive experience and nothing during our stay disappointed us.

Great overall experience
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located in the old Phuket town with remarkable scenic views like Big Budda on Hilltop, the city view.
Location is also close to local shops, pubs, street food,etc.
Staff were also very friendly, especially Mr Jojo at the rooftop Estrela lounge.

Cons:

The hotel looks old and can do with some renovations, detailing and polishing of furniture and floors.

Boendet var inte speciellt dyrt för att ligga centralt.

Cons:

Hotellet kändes väldigt kalt och utdaterat.
Hotellet utger sig för att vara femstjärnigt men man fick varken några hygienprodukter eller ändamålsenlig städning. Vi var tre boende och fick två handdukar och ett par engångstofflor?

Hotellet säger att det är deras policy för att spara på miljön. Men erbjöd exempelvis inget filtrerat vatten som man kunde fylla på i sina återanvändningsbara flaskor vilket resulterade i en otrolig mängd plastflaskor.

Hotellet säger att man inte får hygienprodukter för att ”det är deras policy och man får be om det” men trots att vi bad om det kom där ingenting. Vilket resulterade i mer plast.

Hotellet utger sig för att vara femstjärnigt men varken läget, interiören, fräschören på interiör och inredning eller skick på hotellet lämpar sig för att vara femstjärnigt.

Att ständigt behöva gå och fråga om saker är inte heller en femstjärnig upplevelse.

Hotellet kanske inte kan rå för området det ligger i men det kan definitivt rå för hur man organiserar sin service.
Personalen är trevlig och front desk gör ett bra jobb men kan inte förändra hur situationen ser ut.

Rummet var ostädat när vi kom och blev aldrig riktigt rent när det städades. Om det här är så hotellet och dess ägare ser på femstjärnig service kommer iallafall inte vi att återvända till detta eller något hotell i samma kedja.

P.s för den som är vana vid europeiska toaletter så lämpar sig inte avloppet för att spola ner mycket papper.

Comfortable hotel, with friendly staff and walking distance to old Phuket town.
Pros:

Close to old Phuket Town

Cons:

Asking for deposit and wanting it in baht. The deposit was returned on the day of our departure. It would have been better if they allowed us to pay in dollars as we would be able to use dollars on our return to our home where as we are unable use baht

We liked the hotel
Pros:

It was clean hotel. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

I didn’t like the neighborhood. When you walk to the hotel, there were many closed shops looks like abandoned. It was safe for us but somehow it didn’t feel safe.
