Convienient super clean city hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. And breakfast was very good with a huge choice of food styles.

Cons:

The pool was underwhelming to say the least. It needs some greenery, more beds and umbrellas and some service staff. It feels very stark and concrete.

Pros:

Very clean hotel with extremely nice staff members. A nice rooftop bar with a nice overview of old town. Great location to just have a quick 15 minute walk to old town.

Pros:

객실 내부가 청결하고 모던했으며 웰컴쥬스와 웰컴 스낵은 환대를 받는 것 같아 좋았어요.

Cons:

수영장물에서 냄새가 좀 나서 물 관리를 좀더 해주시면 좋겠어요.
조식 음식은 좋았으나 핫푸드 온도가 너무 뜨거워서 냄비 뚜껑이 열때 수증기에 경한 열상을 입을 수도 있을거 같아요.
그래서 저는 뚜껑 열다 뜨거워서 포기하고 빵이랑 콜드 섹션만 이용했어요..

Pros:

Great staff and wonderful selection in the breakfast buffet with everything you could think of with specialised egg dish orders, several types of breads, waffles, pancakes, toppings, fruit, fresh juices and several warm dishes. About 15 minute walk to the main street in Old Town.

Cons:

There was some very loud music playing for both the two nights that we were there even past 2 am in the night which was a little disturbing and you could hear both the music and specially the base from the music. The beds were not that soft/comfy and a little on the harder side. There was also some mold(?) or something growing in the bathroom and the curtains didn't cover until the floors and fully to the walls so in the morning the light came in from outside.

We had a comfortable stay that could have been better for the price we paid.
Pros:

1. The room offered an excellent view.
2. The bath and toilet area was nice and interestingly, the most spacious section of the room :)

Cons:

1.. The cutlery was not up to our expectations and could be arranged in a more spacious manner in the room. The water kettle and tea/coffee sachets, mugs, cups were all placed in a cramped manner on a single shelf, where it was difficult to use these items.

2. The room could be more spacious and include a larger table/space to keep guests' luggage and other items.

3. The mirror should be above the desk placed in the room and not at the entrance.

4. The refrigerator could be bigger to accommodate more items.

5. We were asked to deposit 4000 bath at check-in to cover room-service expenses. However, this is a strange practice that we have not come across anywhere in the world to date.
It is understood that if we use room service, we pay for the same; therefore, the concept of deposit for this service is strange.
