Pros:

Easy access to my room. Easy access to secured parking and access back into the motel foyer was excellent. All staff were always very personable and helpful and all appeared very happy to be employed at the Pacific Hotel. The Bushfire Flame Grill Restaurant associated with the Hotel offered excellent menu and all staff were very accommodating, pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I guess to try and recall -
# the carpet felt damp under bare foot.
# the main flush button with toilet gets stuck down and allows continual flow of refill water. To fix - I just depress the mini flush button and the main flush button returns to start position.

I didn't report any of these hiccups...

Good breakfast, great view but would not stay again

Breakfast was great and plenty of options and comfy bed

Cons:

The male Staff member was not friendly on check in, he was quite dismissive, we were charged $15 night for parking, it was a basic outside not undercover car park, I organised champagne on arrival for hubbys birthday and it was not in room I had to follow up. Told no phones in room so we had to call a mobile number if we needed anything,wifi was not connecting well, and room service was not available I tried to get some on Saturday night and was told it will next be available on Tuesday.

Great location-would stay here again
Pros:

Location. Pool. Balcony. View. The room also had two chairs which was nice. Balcony was a plus to just relax after excursions. Location is outstanding. Very close to the pier and restaurants.

Cons:

Room was a little dated but was functional. A/C worked but dripped - showing its age.

Cons:

Shower sis not work properly. Water for shower and bath would turn on at same time .
Could not get cold water .. water from shower was really sharp. I did explain this to taro but nothing was done about it .
