It was good experience
Pros:

I like how everything was clean, the pool and the food.

Cons:

The elevator was down that we had to wait for a long time. Also the balcony was beautiful but smoking was not allowed.

Spacious hotel rooms in large city centre location
Pros:

Good town centre location. Large room on 7th floor with great views of the ocean and the town . Large, clean bathroom. Hotel had good facilities including pool.

It was fine for a one night stay close to the airport before leaving the next morning.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were lovely

Cons:

We were on level 4 and it was extremely noisy. You could hear doors opening and closing all night, people walking up and down the hallway, hear the lift, and hear the toilets flushing and showers running from the floors above.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Balcony was dirty.

Room and view did not look like the photos of the room that we booked online.

Overall party of 16 , we’re all happy with rooms.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us and extended family. Rooms big. Kettle, tea & coffee and biscuits, milk replaced daily.

Cons:

Shower over bath- bit dangerous for us oldies. One of our party complained fruit at breakfast was tinned. Not berries as per advertisement, so we personally did not go to breakfast in hotel. Did not use Bushfire restaurant as no one big meat eaters.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff but very noisy.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable. It was well positioned

Cons:

We found our room to be very noisy overnight. There was a party bus stopping regularly at lights on the road at the front with very loud music blaring.
We were opposite the lift and the dinging was intrusive.
The neighbours above us sounded like they were moving copious furniture at 4am.
So, not a restful stay!
