Spacious room in a great location
Pros:

We had a great big spacious room that opened onto the pool area. Location was great - right on esplanade and close to boats going to reef.

Cons:

部屋がとても寒い。外の湿気がすごいのでエアコンは切るなと言われる。毛布を追加でくれるが、上着がないと寒い

A great location but over priced for the services on offer at this hotel.
Pros:

It was located in a good area close to the Marina

Cons:

The pool had not been cleaned. The room was cleaned daily but basics such as tea bags and cookies were not replenished and the towels were old and crusty and stained. The carpet was not hoovered daily. The restaurant was closed on 2 of the 3 days that I stayed without warning so there was no room service available either.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Bed very comfy. Good en-suite. Nice to have a fridge in the room and yea making facilities.

Cons:

Air conditioning in room was insufficient. It turned off when away from room and overnight. Got very hot. Lowest temperature set to 22 degrees. Always felt sweaty and too warm. Heat disturbed my sleep.
