First of all, to be honest, hotel is objectivelly at 8.5.
It is nicelly furnished, albait rooms are small and area is not very pedestrian friendly. Wifi also was very unstable.
Charged me 2 rooms, got one, ingored all my requests for refund. Very bad hospitality.
Due to booking.com error on client side I was led to believe my reservation failed, so I repeated process which led to booking double rooms. I wasn't aware until I arrived at the hotel. Staff promised they will refund if Booking.com sent request, which they did but hotel ignored both booking and myself.
I WAS NEVER OFFERED KEYS TO SECOND ROOM, nor did they offer any other "compensation", even symbolic for 2x the service I paid but couldn't use.
Not even bottle of wine, free breakfast or room upgrade and I am Genious 3.
That and ingoring my messages marks this as my worst hotel experience ever, and we travell A LOT.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Ruby Hotel. The hotel was extremely clean — truly one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything was very well organized, and the rooms were spacious, quiet, comfortable, and beautifully equipped. The winter garden adds to the calm and relaxing atmosphere.
One detail we especially loved was the fresh orange scent throughout the entire hotel, including the bathrooms. It created a very pleasant and refreshing feeling. Even the public restrooms near the reception were spotless and thoughtfully equipped — including female hygiene products, which was a very considerate touch.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. They always listened carefully and fulfilled all our wishes. One moment stood out in particular: when we left the hotel late at night, a staff member kindly asked us whether he should keep the room warm for our return. This level of attention made us feel truly cared for.
The hotel restaurant deserves special mention: it served the best food I have ever eaten. We ate far better at the hotel than anywhere else in Pristina — even the most expensive restaurants outside were not even close. The food was clean, refined, and absolutely delicious. I would return to this hotel just for the chef.
There were only two minor issues: there was no secure luggage storage during check-out, and the TV could not be connected to Netflix or Prime Video, although this was advertised.
Overall, these are very small points. It is an outstanding hotel, and we will definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy place. Loved it. I will not look for another place when coming back to Pristina.
