床比較軟，應該要換比較硬身的床墊，有一邊冲氣房對住床吹比較冷
the apartment is quite large for Tokyo with 2 real large bedrooms and a small kitchen/dining room. the apartment is located 3 minutes from a JR Yamanote station allowing you to easily visit most sites. our host is responsive and very friendly.
the main negative point is the very significant noise from the street which is heard a lot in the evening in the rooms because the apartment is located near an intersection with 2 main streets. we were so tired that it didn't bother us too much but be careful for those sensitive to noise. we felt like we were sleeping with the windows open because the noise was so loud.
This place has two spacious bedrooms (by Tokyo standards), an adequate kitchen table area, separate toilet from shower (no bath). It’s very close to Uguisudani Station North Exit, but we went via the south exit initially. There is a lift. They provided washing detergent for the small balcony machine, space to hang clothes, a tall mirror, coat hangers, two bins
It’s not staffed, no one will be able to help you send or receive luggage. You must also store luggage at the coin lockers for 700yen each. The station it’s closest to (Uguisudani) is not very accessible for a pram. We had to carry the pram up and down the stairs multiple times a day.
The location is good, there is a supermarket nearby and also very close to the station. The accommodation is equipped with two rooms and a living room. Slippers are provided for use, as well as a washing machine and balcony, which is very convenient for families. I think the cost/performance ratio is very good at this price. If I come to Tokyo again, I will consider staying here again.
The bed was a bit soft, but that can only be overcome if you stay for just a few days. The sound insulation is also a bit poor, you can hear it in the next room when the door is closed. But none of the above are serious problems

due to the location of hotel is near by the main street, the set up of window is bad and noisy is prominent from the big truck traffic during the evening
