Comfortable, but the hotel is due for some renovation.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The bathroom design leaves a lot to be desired. Water escapes from the shower, increasing the risk of slipping in the bathroom. The Bathroom floor should be anti-slip. You walk out of a shower right into a sink, and then have to squeeze past sideways to exit the shower cubicle. The sliding door of the shower doesn't close well, and juts into the commode space. Really NOT a 5 star bathroom experience at all.

Pros:

The staff provide exceptional service. They are Incredibly pleasant, helpful and happy people. I had the privilege to meet the Guest services manager Kranthi, who went out of her way to ensure our experience at the hotel was excellent. The Westin should be very grateful for the staff they have!

Cons:

Having a large film crew camp outside of our room for 2 days.
