Important information:

Christmas, New Year's Eve and 15th of August's dinner need to be booked in advance and extra costs will apply.

PETS WELCOME with restrictions: max 1 per unit, medium size (15kg) only in the units with balcony (no mansard rooms). extra cost 15€ per day.

GARAGE ON REQUEST € 12 per day limited availabilities, booking recommended.

We inform you that during the winter season there will be interior finishing works inside the Residence building which is near the Hotel. We'll do our best to avoid any noise that might impact your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Hotel je zřejmě v revitalizaci, část je fantastická, část vůbec.
Pros:

- nové nádherné saunové welness, velkorysá finská sauna i odpočívárny s bylinkovým čajem,ochlazovací sprchy a výrobník ledu, dokonce i saunový ceremoniál
- velký bazén a dětské veliké hrací centrum (neměli jsme tak malé dítě s sebou ale)
- výhled z okna
- skvělá peřina
- opravdu bohatá snídaně!! snad vše, co si jde představit! slané, sladké čerstvé pečivo, ovoce, zelenina, šunky, káva z automatu s mlýnkem, vajíčka, livance..

Cons:

- měli jsme pokoj ve 4. patře, v koupelně byly rozbité věci jako - uvolněná zásuvka, úchytky na sprše, geberit splachování padalo.. plus soina ve sparach, divím se v tomto hotelu. Horší ale bylo, že nebyly odvzdušněné radiátory, takže mě budil zvuk protekajicí splouchajici vody v radiatoru.
- matrace byla vkuse, s pery, když se pohnul jeden člověk, hybalo to i s druhým
- je vidět, že hotel prochází revitalizací zřejmě, ale ty starší pokoje nejsou na tři hvězdičky.
- že jde zatáhnout okno zabudovanou zaluzii jsme přišli až při odjezdu (šňůrka byla nad záclonou srolovana:D), takže jsme se budili světlem, co svítilo od parkoviště
- večeře nebyla dobrá, sice máte neomezený bufet, ale pečené predkrm věci i saláty bez chuti, menu nedobré, nedokázali poradit s přílohou, ryba zatouchala, hovězí nic moc, nápoje fádní (něco jako 7up a mirinda..).
- lyžárna je někde mimo hotel, nenašli jsme ji a pro druhý pokus už nebyly síly, tak jsme měli boty na pokoji.
- lokalita je skvělá pro rodiny s dětmi s AUTEM, je to x serpentyn daleko od Cavalese.

Jezdíme na toto místo opakovaně, máme to tu rádi. Příští rok pojedeme zase.
Pros:

Velice milý personál, chutné jídlo, čisto, super sauna😊

Cons:

Strop na pokojích je z jedné části hodně zkosený, problém pro klaustrofobika. Měkké postele. Servis do koupelny (odličovací tympónky, štětičky do uší a jiné )v průběhu ubytování nedoplňují.

La posizione della struttura verso le meravigliose montagne

Cons:

La colazione va completamente rivista con particolare attenzione ai prodotti che, mio malgrado, dopo qualche giorno dall'apertura vanno purtroppo buttati perchè perdono di fragranza e gusto.
La piscina va gestita dal personale e non AUTOGESTITA dagli ospiti in un clima di anarchia surreale dove ognuno fa quello che vuole.

Consiglierò sicuramente, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini è una struttura veramente ottima!
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, vista ottima, spazi esterni molto curati, ristorazione ottima, personale gentilissimo, presenza di un bellissimo mini club attrezzato con animatori molto simpatici.

Cons:

Consiglierei di attrezzarsi con aria condizionata nelle camere mansardate poiché abbiamo avuto molto caldo nella stanza.
