Categories

Cleanliness
1
Repeatedly praised across reviews: rooms described as very clean, spotless and tidy; guests repeatedly noted excellent cleanliness.
Service
1
Mixed but with notable service failures: several reviews praise friendly staff, however there are serious negative incidents (staff refusing an extra key, mentions of unfriendly staff) that materially impacted some stays.
Location
1
Generally described as accessible and nearby, but practical issues (gate intermittently not working, parking difficulties blocking departures) reduce the location/arrival experience.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as modern, spacious and comfortable with good presentation; minor negatives such as flat pillows or limited TV channels were noted.
Amenities
1
Amenities are mixed: guests liked the gym, pool and kids' play area, but several operational problems (very small pool, no DSTV/limited channels, gate/parking issues) and limited breakfast options weighed negatively.
Value for Money
1
At least one explicit mention of good value and several guests said the stay was worth it, supporting a slightly positive value perception.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast and food are frequently praised (well prepared, tasty, great presentation and compliments to the chef), though one comment noted limited breakfast options.
Overall Experience
1
Overall stays are described positively by many guests due to cleanliness, room quality and food, but the overall impression is tempered by service and amenity operational issues.

Stay at Acres
Pros:

The room is very spacious
