Pros:

The beds are bid and comfy, the breakfast was scrumptious, the staff was kind and helpful. The place is next to Malls and that's a plus for me.

Cons:

The minute I got into the passage of the 5th floor my nostrils started irritating, it got worse inside the room cause the door and windows were closed. I don't know what it was but I suffered from eye and nasal irritation, on the last night I had to cover my head under the comforter. Surprisingly at the dining hall, the casino and outside the hotel I didn't experience something like that. It could be irritants from the carpets on the corridor or inside the rooms. It was hell!
Secondly, the bedding is a bit old, the duvet inner would gather in the middle or the corner of the cover, like there's some living thing in there,it was very scary to look at. They made the beautiful covers loose shape.

Pros:

The bed and bath was clean.

Cons:

The air vents need cleaning and coffee needs to be updagraded. There was no alternative milk to dairy. The first day, we didn't have coffee because it was unavailable.

I enjoyed the location next to the golf course

Cons:

Hotel is old and needs a lot of work. Outside walls could use a paint. Air conditioning does not work properly. Pillows rock hard. Balcony covered in bird mess

For the one room that we used, it was great.
Pros:

The venue had all my 3 bookings in their system

Cons:

Booking.com only had one of my bookings on their system
I tried to change dates on the other 2 but could not get help from booking .com - disappointing
I finally forfeited the other two rooms booked.
