No water for long periods of time
Good location (quiet), friendly staff and clean room. Nice veranda with possibility to dry our clothes after laundry.
One bed was comfortable, one was not. Dripping from the shower all night (we could not turn it off even with joint action)…

Better deal than most places but still the AC was not as powerful as it should have been, probably can be fixed easily though
The location and the a/c.
The room is really grimy. The walls are filthy and they need a paint job. The bathroom is dingy as well.
Location was good
The toilet inside the room doesn't have a window, therefore the moisture and odour stays inside the room. The walls in the room have fungus. The common coffee machine was not cleaned.
Friendly cleaner,
Very unsecured, anyone off the street can just walk into your room. Cars drive right up to your bedroom, noise of building all day long, noise from the roo.s both sides. After being kept awake all night the owner offered a room in his hotel for an extra charge, then took the offer back. Guests arriving all through the night banging on the doors.
The location
It had mold on the walls and ceiling, the bathroom was dirty and it had a used bar of soap, in general it didn't feel clean
Proximity to the beach.
My experience was far less than pleasant. I had paid for 5 nights when i arrived. Stayed 1 night to come back to an ant infestation after a morning at the beach and was bit after trying to clear my stuff out of the way. I notified the business/property manager of the situation. Since I seen ants in my bed and all over (looked as if they were coming from inside the walls). I was promised a refund and waited 4 days with multiple plans to meet to have the problem corrected. Only to keep getting the run around of excuses, to finally being sent a voice message threatening me with "25 construction workers".
As for cleanliness: stained white towels, all bed linen and mattresses were stained. Only 2 hammocks were available as well for all the rooms if you are expecting one.
Very affordable, clean, family-friendly room.
The location was great.
The bathroom was smelly and there was mold on the walls in the room and the bathroom. beds were uncomfortable and there was dirt and hair behind it when we pulled it out.
