Pros:

The location was great! The place beautiful and the staff really helpful and kind!
Everyone, the cleaning service was great and the front desk employees went far and beyond to help us and made sure we had the most special stay. Showen, Valentina and Guillermo all amazing!! The kitchen staff was also kind and attentive with us and gave our child fruit early in the morning which we really appreciated. Would really recommend!!

Cons:

The room description says two rooms and it’s really one and a living space with a bed which didn’t help when it came to sleeping our child.

Las instalaciones son modernas y muy bien cuidadas. Me encanto contar con una refri en la habitación con variedad de bebidas tomar en cuenta que tienen costo pero muy bien el servicio. Los desayunos muy ricos y tienen varias opciones. El hotel esta cerca del centro y playas. El personal muy amable. Me encantó que sean pet friendly.

Cons:

No poder quedarme mas tiempo.

מקום קטן, בריכה חמודה, ארוחת בוקר טעימה.

Nettes Hotel abseits des Trubels
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt einige Gehminuten von der Ortsmitte entfernt, sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auch auf Sonderwünsche (Trocknung der nassen Wäsche und Schuhe) problemlos eingegangen. Hervorragendes Frühstück im luftigen Pavillon mit sehr nettem Servicepersonal.

Place to relax which is still in walking distance to everything
Pros:

The staff is so super friendly and I loved the breakfast! Is was so good and a very good portion. Loved the banana chocolate bread and the mini-croissants and the fresh made jelly! The location is also fantastic - short walk to the beach, close enough to walk to Puerto Viejo and still far enough to not be in the center of hectic Puerto Viejo. Perfect for a calm stay which is still close to everything. Also liked the healthy complementary apples they provide during the day!

Cons:

Everything was great - so nice staff!

It was great.
Pros:

We loved the gardens. We saw a momma & baby sloth two of the days we stayed. The breakfast was great. The pool was nice and cool to end our days.

Our stay was amazing and I would definitely come again. Big shout out to the staff who were beyond helpful and sweet.

Bei der Unterkunft hat es besonders gut das Frühstück gefallen mit einem einfach nur Hammer guten Servicen

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer etwas klein, und auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Werden trotzdem ne schöne Zeit.

Pros:

Wat een heerlijke locatie! De kamer had voor ons alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. We waren er met onze twee volwassen zoons en dan is het wat klein voor een 4 persoons kamer. Het ontbijt is super en de gehele dag koffie, water en fruit terbeschikking.

Cons:

De kamer die we hebben gehuurd was een 4 persoonskamer, deze is wel krap voor 4 volwassen

Wunderschöne Zimmer, ein toll gestalteter Außenbereich mit Pool, Terrasse und Hängematte. Das Frühstück war fantastisch!
Wir sind zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Puerto Viejo gelaufen.
