The staff were friendly and helpful
Pros:

I didn’t have a sea view but that was alright because I didn’t, spend much time at the hotel
Breakfast was fine I had a good table by the sea view window
I would have liked a safe in my room

Cons:

There was no sitting area inside during the day except the coffee area with hard chairs

A super stay in the best location on Torquay
Pros:

Super hotel very helpful staff and the location on babacome downs is just superb

Cons:

It was a bit to hot for me , not sure
who I would complain to about that

Really enjoyable break - fab breakfast and helpful staff.
Pros:

On the front with parking if booked early enough which is important to us as we don’t use the car once we reach a destination. So need it to be safe and secure while we explore.

Cons:

Feel it needs updating quite old fashioned and needs a good freshen up. Just felt a bit dated but we had a good time and the staff were lovely all of them. Also great there was a Costa attached to the hotel.

Relaxing, comfortable Hotel with excellent staff and sea views
Pros:

Excellent stay, hotel has stunning views across Babbacombe Bay, evening meal was very enjoyable and tasty. Very wide choice of Breakfast from traditional full English to Gluten free options & fruit. Very relaxing enjoyable atmosphere, spot on.

All perfect.

Wonderful stay, great staff, clean rooms, and great food.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb, lots of choice, well presented , staff were very attentive, tables were well set, very enjoyable.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, my only one ask, would be a net curtain at windows leading on to balcony, just for privacy.

very pleasant stay at the babbacombe hotel
Pros:

We were able to reserve a parking space for a fee,breakfast & evening meal were self serve which suited us as we hate hanging around to be served in the morning. we were solo travellers but the main clientele were from coach trips but this made no difference to our stay,especially pleased with the choice of menu in the dining room,the chef was excellent and catering for a large number of people at the same time.We had a sea view room and the view was marvellous, we were pre warned that our room was over the concert hall and was noisy but music stopped at 10-30 so that was ok,we would use the hotel again if visiting Babbacombe

Cons:

not much to complain about. the bathroom sink was cracked & the toilet difficult to flush,there was however a big problem in our room with condensation and we did feel cold at times, we didn't feel the need to complain at the time as it didn't affect our enjoyment but pointed it out to the manager on departure so it could be rectified for the next occupant
