Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent hotel booking.

I had a confirmed booking for 11 April. However, today I received a call from your hotel staff informing me that my booking had been cancelled due to a card decline. Within a few minutes, I called back and informed your staff that I had updated my card details and was ready to proceed. Despite this, I was told that it was no longer possible to restore my booking.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience to me and my family. We had to struggle at the last moment to arrange alternative accommodation, which was both stressful and disappointing.

I would like to thank your team for not updating my booking despite my prompt response—this clearly reflects the level of support provided.

I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service in the future.

Good Hotel rooms but little far from Main city
Pros:

1. Rooms are clean and Breakfast Buffet options are good
2. Staff was helpful although they mixed up food bills while checking out however it got sorted out as early as they can.

Cons:

1. Restaurant dinner options are limited (not having many Italian food options)
2. Distance from Haridwar is far so in time of Traffic it may lead to longer lead time

Pros:

This my second time here, and the staff has been exceptionally helpful... My husband and daughter both got fever and they went out of the way in getting medication procured for us.. the food is excellent.. Sheetal and Nitin at front desk.. Parag their food and beverage manager.. Ashish in the restaurant. Pankaj in service and Gaurav ran around getting medicine for us.. I'm mentioning these guys to personally appreciate them and Thank them.. Thank you guys for making it a lovely stay, all.over again.. im sure im going to visit again soon.. ❤️
