Pros:

As u enter u feel a sense of royalty Top class arrangements and awesome food Rooms were clean and the staff were very polite We had no problem and had a lot of fun Overall a 9/10 experience 👌🏻👍🏻

The staff was not at all helpful. No tv remote in the room on request they didn’t provide.

Value for money.
Pros:

Everything right from arriving to entering our room was good. Rooms were cleaned and spotless. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good and healthy lots of options to choose from.

Cons:

Except the location right next to toll plaza. You miss the turn and there you go pay for toll and make a you turn 😂.

Customer service was disappointing
I sent a message on the way to the hotel. I got a reply two days after I checked out. Checking policy is not up-to-date. Inroom dining needs sorting.

Pros:

This was our second stay, but unfortunately it wasn’t as good due to some issues. The manager resolved them, but overall we were quite disappointed. The buffet is overpriced, with very limited and repetitive options. Dinner and breakfast items were repeated as well. On a positive note, the housekeeping and restaurant staff were hardworking and attentive.

Cons:

Food variety with good prices—at least you add Hightea for your customers.

Cons:

Random guy wake me up .I don’t open door.But after what he bring stuff from reception so we open my dotter luck I was wear clothes and lock door inside room.After what they figured out it’s wrong door .But you can see big number of room.At least stuff can check who is inside room before they open!Very disappointed
