Everything. Pathetic. Cancels room last minute leaving the customer stranded in middle of the night.
Hotel is charging extra cost for breakfast, so I haven’t choose for breakfast at hotel. Location is nice, in close proximity to city and Kashi Vishvanath temple.
Hotel & room had bad smell, so based on request, hotel staff have arranged for air freshener. It can be improved with proper perfumed ventilation/ conditioning and floor cleaners. Restaurant facilities are under construction, but hotel staff have arranged lunch for us in room from nearby restaurants.
Rooms were clean.. and the behaviour the staff members were good
We booked for a twin bed room online and also confirmed from the member of the hotel regarding the same. But after we reached, we were given the double bed room and after we complained about it.. they did get us the room that we had booked but we had to keep waiting for a long time causing inconvenience to us after a tiring long 10 hrs journey

The property is new and not ready to welcome visitors properly. They have shortage of staff and unable to handle the simple requests when required. Please hire more team members.
