It was terrible!
Pros:

It was terrible! Yes, this hotel is clean and of good quality, but there were a couple of things that absolutely ruined my stay, and I will never come back here!

Cons:

1. The price on Booking.com when booking and the price I asked upon check-in were different. The staff told me to pay a large amount and they didn't care what was written in my booking in my personal account. Be careful with this hotel! 2. When checking in, they told me that breakfast was not included, but that was also a lie. I started arguing and they said: "Oh, yes! It's true that breakfast is included." 3. There was never drinking water in the room, they asked for money for that. 4. The room was not cleaned. 5. I ordered a taxi for the whole day, but as it turned out, that was also a lie. "Taxi for the whole day" = visiting three places. When I took a taxi, I asked what to do if the temples close. I was told that it was no problem, the temples will open later, but my driver, when we arrived at the place, did not want to wait. He decided to show me two places in 4 hours and then go home. I started texting the owner and it was a super unpleasant situation. The taxi driver also tried to cheat me by saying that the price for a taxi was 3,500 and everything was included. During the trip, he started asking for 1,000 for gas, 200 for parking, and asked me to pay for his food. At first, the hotel owner tried to fix it by sending me to a nice hotel for free in the evening. But then the hotel owner behaved badly. When I asked if they could help me call a regular taxi, he replied that they could only call a taxi for 3,500 and that's it. "Go and look for your own taxi on the street if you don't want to take ours. But it's super unsafe!" When I asked which taxi apps work in the city, the owner said: "None!" This is also a lie! There are three apps working in the city! I turned to the manager of this hotel: "Do you really think I'm that stupid and don't understand what you're doing? You don't care about the safety of your guests, you only want their money!
