Very noisy location, room not corresponding to the pictures, questionable security since anyone could walk in from the nearby petrol station

Booking was very easy, checking in was easy. The staff was helpful and was easy ti find the hotel especially for people who don't live in Nairobi. I recommend the hotel.

Proximity to UN headquarters and it is in a safe area. Close to supermarkets and food outlets.

Cons:

There is no shower curtains and the water spills out.

Very close to Karura forest. Generally good location.

The room and the hotel itself are quite dirty. The staff is not very helpful. Not great value for money.

Poor and desperate

Poor and I will never ever book a hotel through booking.com. Kindly deactivate my account or newsletters if any
