Room qas very tiny and had torn curtain, dirty head board, shower head fell off and missing food in the fridge

Not as great as I expected. No value for money
Pros:

Close to the cbd and amenities

Cons:

Bathrooms were not very clean
Twin room for 2 people had toiletries for one and one cup /mug
Shower gel container was empty
Breakfast is supposed to start 6:30 and I was there 6:45 and it was not ready yet
Staff came in around 06:50 and had to again ask for milk to be brought to the buffet for the cereals
I asked for cold milk and was given hot milk
General service in the restaurant was awful
Staff not prompt to clear tables or help out

All the facilities were not working, I had issues with the safer several times, the shower cut off when I was was using it , the windows can't even be a barrier the the noise outside, they are so old .

Memorable and very pleasant.
Pros:

Staff were courteous and willing to help.

The lack of a shower curtain that made showerng a very tricky operation due to the possibility of creating a " fish pond" in the bathroom.
