The best property in Srinagar I love it
The staff were okay
Continuous power outages, False advertisement on booking, very bad breakfast, not good value for money at all
We booked at another hotel, welcome hotel, which was much better value for money
Definitely not a 4 star and even questionable if a 3 star!
Pictures on booking.com only show of couple of rooms however the rest of the rooms are very very poor.
Paint smell all over the property and building works ongoing.
No in room safe.
Towels with stains.
No hand towels.
Location was tucked away which was nice after being close to Dal Lake.
The staff was attentive and helpful for the most part. And you can tell there are nice flourishes and nice, tasteful flourishes and styling throughout the property. It's very quiet and peaceful.
There was construction noise: banging and sawing noise even after 7pm; They assured me it would be over by 4pm, but it was continuing even after 7pm. I got angry and raised my voice for them to stop.
The floors are cold and slippers should be available in the room. I needed to ask them to provide slippers (which they did).
There were toilet issues: water empty in toilet.
The staff was helpful and cordial
There was no maintenance in the property stains, same bed sheets used everyday , lacks cleanliness , not many staff to take care of the property . Location is good but not worth the money.

"I had a wonderful few days here! The hotel is beautifully modern designed, room was clean, spacious and hot water is always 24/7 available. Hotel is in a peaceful area where after coming back from sightseeing we can have good rest n sleep peacefully. The bed was super comfortable, and I had the best night’s sleep. The hotel staffs...were extremely tentative and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!" I will definitely come back again.

Upon arrival greated by Very warm and friendly staff. The premises is secure and neat, attention to detail spot on Location is great. Very cozy, food was delectable .Enjoyed our stay. Great hospitality guys keep it up. Will definitely choose your hotel again.
