Pros:

Room was ok but we had a bad experience with the staff his name is Mr Clinton who checked us in, the approach was very bad , not at all can I recommend this hotel to anybody, I think the staff shouldn't no we are customer and should treat us as a customer

Cons:

Nothing that l could say becoz every thing was bad , therefore I never felt like dining during my stay, we used to go out for lunch and dinner

Bad room and not cleanly is a big no for staying

Pros:

There was nothing to like about the staff was worst they dont even care even if senior citizens are there with the person and even if the rooms were available for early checkin they still behaved rudely

Cons:

The staff behaviour and the condition of room was worst and water was leaking from the air conditioner the bed wasnt clean properly not even a single thing related to the place was nice not even options for vegetarian food

Rude staff.
Pros:

I did not like the place, Only stay one day over there....

Cons:

Almost everything, the staff is not polite, one guy very rude, with tremendous attitude, demanding VISA for entry the country, which does not make any sense, as I was already in the country for few days, even if my info was sent to local policy, passport was provided with the stamp of entry in Indian territory, so, rude receptionist are now border controllers? please don't make me laugh, throughout my stay in india, this was the only place asking for VISA, all other, just copy the entry stamp on the passport and they were fine. I ordered my own food as I would not spend an extra single penny on this place.

I'm Not Satisfied with this Hotel Stay.
Pros:

I like Location for stay only.

Cons:

1) When I reach in hotel, Front Desk Officer behaviour is not Available at movment.
2) They Provide me 108 Room, Room was so horrible Experience.
3) Room Was Not Clean, spider webs were hanging on every corner of the room and fan, Bathroom was not clean Properly, Bathroom Flash Not working even water not come properly.
4) I'll ask to change the room, but they ask "Sir, Apke Rate Me Yahi Room Available Hai."

First of all they charged for smoking in the room
No one informed me about all rooms are no smoking and they didn't inform will doing check in and after check out they fined me 500rs I have been coming to this property since 2022 for almost 2 years first time smoked in room
I asked them waive them off they are like when you doing booking you should read in booking platform
