Buena calidad precio pero algo mejorable
Pros:

La piscina, la ubicación, y el personal eran muy majos.

Cons:

No nos gustó que en las fotos parecía la habitación mucho más grande de lo que era en realidad y que el baño estaba fuera de la habitación a través de un pasillo a la intemperie, por lo que no había A/A y nada más ducharte ya estabas sudando.

The place to stay in Phong Nha!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Celia Boutique Hotel. It's clean, comfy , the rooms were quiet and the air con was excellent. The indoor pool was a great surprise - it's absolutely gorgeous and so nice to float and look up at the painted sky on the ceiling of this space.

Tuan, the owner, is absolutely lovely - we could not have had a more welcoming and kind host. He is so easy to talk to and a great book and coffee lover. We felt extremely well taken care of!

Cons:

Nothing! We would absolutely stay again.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Thank you to the hotel staff who helped me to arrange transportation from Dong Hoi Airport at night, even though my flight was delayed for over an hour. Appreciate your help and the kind taxi driver! Had a lovely stay + delicious breakfast :)

Alles war genial, ausser das Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hat absichtlich das Pool später als normalerweise geplant für uns geöffnet. Das Bett war bequem und kuschelig und die Dusche war modern. Eigentlich alles ausser das Frühstück.

Cons:

Das war unser schlechtestes Frühstück ganz Vietnams. Der Arbeiter an der Rezeption fragte uns nicht, was wir trinken wollten und als wir dann etwas trinken wollten war im Frühstück nur Wasser mit Eis inbegriffen... kein Saft, keine Milch und das Kaffee musste man zusätzlich bezahlen. Zudem bestellte meine Freundin "scrambled eggs" und die bekam eine Omelette. Der Phơ war aber gut.

Great little stay
Pros:

Funky hotel, close to town and quiet, must be soundproofed as we have room.facing the road.Really comfortable bed,good breakfast options.Coffee shop and indoor cold swimming pool so brilliant.

Pros:

Erg mooi hotel, wat ik het fijnst vond was de goede airco en het zwembad. Het is zout water dus erg goed voor je huid. De gym is erg basic maar ik vond de bokszak fijn omdat ik daar kon blijven trainen voor kickboksen. Ook zit er een mooie gym tegenover het hotel

Relación calidad-precio buena y para amantes de la lectura por su amplia biblioteca. Hotel familiar.
Pros:

Ubicación, precio y el personal muy atento y amable, especialmente el recepcionista que además lleva la cafeteria con muy buenos precios y capuccinos y smothies de frutas buenísimos.

Podría mejorar el desayuno en variedad.

Friendly staff but underwhelming quality
Pros:

The staff especially Tuan are very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to book tours and transportation.
Nice breakfast, good coffee.

Cons:

When we got to the room, there was a used dirty towel in the shower which made us believe the room hasn’t been cleaned properly..
Also, the floor was sticky.
At 5 AM there was a lot of noise from animals near by, obviously not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of.
No floor mat and no hand towel.

Great and affordable Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

Celia Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay. It is centrally located within easy walking distance to some fabulous restaurants. Tuan was extremely kind and helpful and organised our activities and cars for us.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and we had a lovely rooftop view of Phong Nha.

Le personnel est très gentil, le lit est confortable et le petit déjeuner est très bon( super choix de café et nourriture excellente).

Cons:

La salle de bain n'est pas climatisée, il fait donc super chaud et humide dedans.
La chambre est envahie de mites ce qui est désagréable...

Pros:

The owner was very kind, flexible, and helpful. I arrived late by sleeper bus, but late check-in was no problem at all. Breakfast was also well arranged, as you can choose in advance what you would like to have.

Whenever I needed something, the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. I also arranged my transport to Tam Coc through the owner, which made things very convenient.

The rooms were good, clean, well maintained, and pleasantly cool. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hotelli oli siisti, ja huoneemme ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, ja alakerran kirjakahvila teki tunnelmasta kotoisan.

Cons:

Huoneemme kylpyhuoneessa (johon oli käynti oman terassimme kautta) ei ollut erillistä ilmastointia, joten se oli näin kesällä erittäin lämmin. Yläkerran kuntosali oli myös odotettua pienempi.
