Medium hotel
Pros:

Het hotel is op loopafstand van de bushalte en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt (1 keuze uit een paar dingen) is inbegrepen. Koffie overigens niet.

Cons:

De kamer was niet helemaal schoon. Ook de badkamer was niet heel fris, met name het douchegordijn was onhygiënisch. Het “gym” gedeelte was zeer verouderd en eigenlijk niet meer te gebruiken. Wij zouden de volgende keer iets anders boeken.

Pros:

Excellent staff and location. A friendly quirky hotel with a good breakfast. Free bicycle to use all day. Very central.

Cons:

The bathroom & bedroom are separate and it was always dangerous and slippy waking from bedroom to bathroom.

Super freundliches Personal. Super Lage mit vielen Restaurants rundherum. Komfortable Zimmer. War alles perfekt.

Sehr gutes Gesamtpaket
Pros:

Wirklich tolles Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Ein ganz tolles Café, in dem man jeden Tag das kostenlose Frühstück vorbestellen kann (auch sehr guter kaffee ist inklusive).
Viele schöne Ecken in dem Hotel zum verweilen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Den Wäscheservice kann ich sehr empfehlen (abends abgegeben und morgens direkt wiedererhalten).

Der kostenfreie Fahrradverleih hat uns gut geholfen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Außerdem wurde jeden Tag unser Zimmer gereinigt und mit neuen Wasserflaschen ausgestattet, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist für den Preis.

Cons:

Es war alles super. Man könnte Hafermilch einführen in dem Café.

The hotel is undeniably high standard—it is very clean with a modern design, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The location is also convenient, quite close to the “center” (if you can call it that, as the town is basically just one street).
However, the one thing we felt was missing was the atmosphere. While the staff is polite, the vibe feels a bit impersonal. Having experienced the wonderful, warm, family-like hospitality in other places across Vietnam, we felt this hotel lacked that genuine, welcoming spirit and “soul.”

Summary: A very solid, comfortable choice for accommodation if you prioritize modern standards, but don’t expect the warm, family-style connection found elsewhere.

Nice hotel, good location. Breakfast was ok.

Nice areas to relax in the hotel which didn't ever seem busy.

Cons:

Had an issue with the room the first night and the staff managed to relocate us to another room, but no partial refund was offered.

Service could have been better / more friendly.

Fabulous hotel

This was an absolutely fabulous hotel. Staff where amazing, room spotless clean and extremely comfortable beds. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

Lovely Stay
Pros:

Great hotel with genuinely lovely staff who could not help us enough. We arrived very early in the morning (4 am) and we were let in and checked into our room earlier for a small fee. The hotel modern, clean and right in the center of Phong Nhà
