Pros:

We liked the fact that it’s fairly priced for what it offers. It’s an entire building with different apartments. Also, a big up was parking is included in the reservation.

Cons:

Cleanliness. This is an area that can be improved on. I think someone stayed with a dog before us and we still found some animal hair lying around.
Another thing is that the property is right across the street from the fire station. So you might get woken up by fire trucks. Deal breaker or not, you decide.
One other fact is the personnel. The lady that was there when we arrived was very friendly and had a nice attitude. When we left, we kindly asked around the possibility to leave the car in the parking lot until 3-4pm. Although the parking lot was completely empty, and guests are allowed to checkin at 3pm, we got a hard no. We were told to leave immediately. :) We didn’t mind as we knew that might be the case , but the person was very rude, dismissing us very fast. So be aware of this.
