選んでよかった。
Pros:

・新しく綺麗で、リーズナブル。
・自分の用事にちょうど良い立地。
・スタッフさんの感じが良かった。
・サービスやアメニティも過不足ない。

Cons:

・特になし。フロントスタッフが少ない時間帯にチェックインが被ってしまい、次の方が少し待たされていたのが、ちょっと申し訳なかった位。

泊まって良かった
Pros:

朝食のパンや飲み物が無料だったり、ゲームコーナーやマンガコーナーなど、普通のビジネスホテルよりも充実していました。無料のアメニティも良かったです。あと、何といってもリーズナブルなところ！

Cons:

強いて言えば、駅から少し遠いのと、周りに飲食店があまりないです。そして裏通りは暗くあまり人気もないです。また、電話で事前に問い合わせしたとき、保留で10分も待たされたことです。電話代も高いので、そこまで待たせるなら折り返ししてほしかったです。
あとは、トイレとお風呂が一緒なところかな。

子供が大満足でまた泊まりたいお宿
Pros:

駅は遠いがバス停から近く、すぐ隣にスーパーもあるので便利。
有料のゲームコーナーやダーツ、無料の卓球、スーファミ、ボードゲームなどがあり小6の息子が大喜びでした。冷凍ミニピザを焼いて食べれるのもいい。

部屋も狭すぎず加湿器もついていたので快適に過ごせました。
個人的には部屋のドライヤーの風量がしっかりあって髪もパサパサしなかったのが嬉しかったです。
朝のパンやドリンクは無料で、小さいサイズのパンが5種類ほど食べ放題でした。

朝のパンを食べる場所がゲームコーナーのベンチだったのが少し驚きましたが、ミニテーブルもあったので問題なく食べれました。

Cons:

部屋の新しいバスタオルにだれかの髪の毛がついていたのが残念でした。
自分の確認不足ですが、ゲームコーナーの中に漫画もおいてあると思っていたら漫画コーナーは別のエリアにあったようでチェックアウトの時に気付きました。
わかりやすい施設案内を置くか、受付時に教えてもらえたら嬉しかったです。
朝のパンやドリンクは何回か補充に来ていただいてましたが、少し追いついていない感じで、お客さんが多い時にはパンの在庫が空になるタイミングも。

駅から遠いです。近くの駅まで1キロあります。京都駅から市バスで30分を超える距離です。

Amazing value for money
Pros:

- Spacious room with everything you need
- Clean
- Nice staff
- Free pastries and drinks
- Amazing value for money

Cons:

This were not real problems for us, but maybe they would be for some:
- a little far from center, but well connected via bus or some walking + train
- the pastries and drinks in the morning were often almost finished and not refilled, but they were free, so nothing to complain really

近くにバス停があり、移動に便利でした。
静かな場所で落ち着いて泊まれました。

Cons:

朝食バイキングとドリンクバーがあったんですが補充がされないので、ほぼ利用することができなかった。
