住宿樓下就有兩間超市,很方便我們採買餐點,提供微波爐及很好喝的免費咖啡
浴室洗臉盆很小,很不好用.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfy with good ac and the breakfast was great. Supermarket just next door was handy as well
Nothing
Friendly and helpfull staff, location and clean
お酒飲み放題が付いていたり、朝食のパンが食べ放題など。美味しかったです
飲み物飲み放題メニューの中で、補充されていないものがあった。
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not as small as expected ( its Japan people) the facicities were great, you have a great games room and access to some free drinks at night. The breakfast was always sold out in the morning but you are next to 2 shops outside. The location for me was good even if the bus home at night was totally full.
The receptionist working in the morning was not helpful but the one at night was so we asked her all the questions we needed to.He didnt want to help us with the luggage forwarding, all the other hotels we visited did it for us except this one.
Central location. Staff is helpful. Game room is a bonus for families and groups.
Beds are a little close to the walls.
It was a very good hotel & huge rooms for what you usually get in Japan. The facilities were very good & the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a good location being in the middle with most places just being a short bus journey away.
You're not allowed to leave the hotel with your room key, you have to leave it at the front desk.
This wouldn't have been a problem other than the desk isn't always manned and the keys are left on the side so anyone could just pick one up enter someone else's room whilst knowing they're out.
The deco and the good fan in the bathroom. I also liked the lighting.
Nothing
Top Hotel mit allem was man sich unter einem normalen Hotelzimmer so vorstellt.
Eine Mikrowelle oder ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen, jedoch ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau
The location was nice for someone learning at the university and looking for apartment, the price is a bit costy but it was very comfortable.
The doors closes at 12:00, the staff did help me one day with this, but I would love it it would be optional to reserve a late return during my stay
Clean well appointed rooms
Free breakfast rolls, cakes and drinks
Fun games room with free drinks
Well located for buses and attractions
Excellent WiFi
We were in Japan visiting our son and his wife and 2 young sons who live there. Our son works at the University. Most of thd time we went to their house or met for days out. One evening they visited us at the hotel and enjoyed the games room and came up briefly to look at our room, leaving at about 830pm.
At 11pm that night we were in bed and there was a knock on the door and my husband answered. It was a staff member asking how many were in the room. My husband replied 2. The man insisted he come in to check but as I was asleep my husband refused. He was told people were seen in the corridor at our room door and to make sure it didn't happen again.
We had no idea no one could come up to your floor so be aware. The next day they put a sign up saying there's a £50 fine if you invite someone to your room.
