Pros:

The property is clean and comfortable to stay.

Cons:

It just when you take shower the water will go out and go to the toilette area I can recommend of putting a plastic door that can cover the whole shower in that case the water will stay.

The space felt safe.. except for the toilet/bathroom. That was the spoiler.
Cons:

The toilet's plumbing needs repair. Water closet is troubling. Won't flush, had to pump several times to flush dirt. No rubber slippers in the bathroom. No water dipper provided. Exhaust fan is disturbingly noisy, thought the bathroom lamp was going to explode.
