Super emplacement et accueil
Pros:

Le personnel est charmant, l’accueil était parfait. La chambre était suffisamment grande ainsi que le lit. Bon petit déjeuné le matin, un cuisinier vous prépare même une omelette selon vos choix. L’emplacement est génial, juste devant l’arrêt du tram et non loin de l’arrêt Casa-port pour la liaison avec l’aéroport. Je recommande cette adresse.

Cons:

Juste la douche qui éclabousse le sol mais ce n’est pas trop grave

Hotel di gran classe a un prezzo ottimo in una posizione fantastica. Il personale è molto gentile e soprattutto la colazione era da hotel 5 stelle... Consigliatissimo

It was near the port, and the rooms were spacious with good water pressure. Easy walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. Nicely decorated

Cons:

It is in need of updating and the shower and lights were in need of repair and it seemed very dark. The breakast was limited in savoury options even though there was a large selection of cake options. Admin never responded to messages.

La non réponse à mon mail et mon message en amont de notre séjour pour avoir des renseignements sur les soins spa proposés ainsi que les cours de cuisine annoncés, mais non effectifs sur Casablanca.

Bom custo beneficio com ótimo café da manha.
Pros:

Recepcionistas muitos gentis. Nos serviram chá de menta e bolachinhas na chegada.
Pudemos escolher o quarto. Decoração bem marroquina (meus filhos amaram).
Toalhas e wc ok.
Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Não tinha estacionamento perto.
Tivemos que parar na rua ao lado e pagar a vaga para o cuidador de carros amigo deles.

Correct pour un court séjour
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale car près de la gare et des lieux touristiques.
L'hôtel est calme, propre et le personnel accueillant et arrangeant, notamment pour le gardiennage des valises.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très bon, beaucoup de choix européen ou marocain.

Cons:

Il y a quelques problèmes d'eau chaude dans notre chambre qui ont été réglé assez rapidement mais un peu embêtant tout de même.
Un livret de prosélytisme religieux était disposé dans notre chambre, ce qui nous a un peu étonnée et heurtée.
