Good Value for Money and Great Location to SECC
Pros:

The whole place was quite clean with full kitchen and the balcony has a washing machine with hangers to dry you clothes if needed. The towels were clean. Wifi works good. Location was within walking distance to SECC so it worked well for us. There are two grocery stores downstairs (open until Midnight). The staffs were SUPER Responsive with every need met when we had difficulty with the TV or other issues (This is why I gave a 10 for this property). No TV programs (but you can watch your own NetFlix by logging in on the TV, or you can just watch YouTube. The area was relatively safe (all Expats in the building). For the price of two rooms next to the SECC this is a good value. I would book again in the future if I should come again for another Exhibition at SECC.

Cons:

The pillows and bedding has a bit of smell. The shower drainage overflowed. You have to prepare CASH when checking in for full payment (So be prepared with enough cash, I was not informed in advance but I had enough cash on me so it wasn't an issue).

Pros:

I showed up at at Scenic Valley Marvel with the confirmation number on Dec 29 at 4:30pm, but they cancelled my reservation. They said that they tried to contact me but there was no answer! I had a long flight while they were calling me. The point was that I've got the confirmation and accepted to pay for it when I made the reservation with Booking.com. How could they cancel my reservation without notifying me!

Awful, Never Ever Staying here again!!!!

The location was the only positive to staying at this apartment.

do not stay here!!! what a scam!! I booked and paid for the penthouse but shown the average 8th floor apartment, I asked why I wasn't in the penthouse? I was lied too! they said that It was the penthouse, when I questioned it further, they admitted it wasn't and a man was still in the penthouse, I asked he be moved as I had paid for it, I got another lie that he was sick and needed to be close to the hospital across the road. (not sure a few levels in an elevator makes you any closer)

The air-con was average, the shower overflowed, the security card access to the room was a complete nightmare and was always difficult entering, the WIFI password wouldn't grant access, (the password in the room was wrong).

I asked to have a taxis booked the night before for the airport at 7.00am , this didn't happen which I found out in the morning !! .. and to top off what was the worst stay/accommodation EVER !! the beds (both) were a hard as a blank of wood. we had NO sleep the entire trip and woke each morning with sore hips and backs, when asked to be moved to another room was told non available.

I paid for a penthouse and got a dog kennel, and no reimbursement for the penthouse which I had paid
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!

Pros:

Location was great, enjoyed the pool and park within the complex. Easy walking distance to the mall. Despite not being able to check into our room straight away (stayed 2 nights in another apartment as our apartment wasn't ready) - staff were quick to respond to our needs.

Cons:

We booked our room at least 3 months in advance - when we checked in we were informed our room wasn't ready and we had to stay in a temporary apartment for 2 nights. This temporary had no amenities (no kettle, no utensils, no bowls, not even a bin). This is very inconvenient in having to relocate with all our luggage and a toddler in tow.
