Herşeye rağmen güzeldi,
Pros:

Otel değil evinde kaldık, Konum çok güzel Kral Vakhtang Gorgasali Heykelinin tam arkasındaki sokakta kalıyor, ambians ev harika, sokak çok tatlı sakin, temizlik güzeldi, evden çıkınca hemen solda küçük tatlı King David klisesi var, sağdan inince azıcık yürüyünce sokağın sonunda heykel,kura nehri, köprü medina pazarı tam merkeze iniyorsunuz,

Mutfakta uzun zamanlı kalmak için çok eksik vardı günü kurtaracak bardak tabak vs bulunur,

İlgilen beyfendiyi zorla ilgilendi yorgan eksikti mesajlarımıza cevap verilmedi, evde olacğmz saati söyledik saatlerce yazmadılar tepki gösterince kafasına göre çıkıp geldiler neyseki evdeydik

Odalar kart ile çaşıyor 3 gece konaklamada odalardan birinin kartı 2 kere eror verdi odaya giremedik, tlf odada kalmış olsa veya tek kişi kalıyor olsaydı daha zor olabilirdi çünkü lobi vs yok.

Kahvaltı yarım km uzakta kendi otelinde yapılıyor
Oraya gitmeniz gerekiyor ki araç gönderiyorlar

Bir kaç halı olsa iyiydi, üst kat çok soğuk değildi ama alt kat bi türlü ısınmadı,

Ücret olarak çok pahalı idi, Yılbaşına orda girdik yinede normal zamanın 3 4 katı imiş

Our flight got delayed so they allowed us to stay for 5 hours in the apartment without any payment.l requested for it ve

The apartment we booked was very good, modern and comfortable.

Cons:

We were not told at the time of booking that our apartment is not the part of hotel Banovani.
When we reached there then receptionist told us that we are not supposed to come to hotel rather go to apartment.We didn’t understand anything .
We were very much disappointed after listening to this.
Our apartment was 25 minutes drive from the main hotel building. The hotel decided to send a taxi for us in the morning to bring us to main hotel building for breakfast. We were 5 but daily they sent us a small car for us to come to hotel from apartment for breakfast. This was so inconvenient and frustrating.
The breakfast was average no fruits were served .
In the apartment we didn’t get any water bottles after our request we were provided with water only one time in our four days stay.

Otherwise the apartment was very decent and comfortable.
But the staff was not very professional.

Wonderful place , location and everything

Everything ! Very comfortable and beautiful! Even better than the photos !!! Location was amazing ! The street and near the old town walking distance

Exceptional
Pros:

Very nice and pleasant place, location is great, The beautiful view from the second floor, everything was clean and comfortable, The staff was very good, There are many cafes and restaurants around, I especially liked the evening walk from Aparthotel to Rike Park, where we could enjoy all the beauty of old Tbilisi.
I recommend this place.
