Zentrale Lage und exzellenter Service
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal/Eigentümer. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, d.h. es gab verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt auch direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle und man ist allgemein schnell in der Essener Innenstadt und auch schnell beim Weltkulturerbe Zollverein. Auch der Bahnhof Kray-Süd ist nicht weit.

Cons:

Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, hört man Autogeräusche, vermutlich vor allem von der Autobahn A40, und es gibt auch direkt Schienen in der Nähe, d.h. man hört gelegentlich Züge. Das sind aber alles Dinge, die man vorhersehen konnte.

Bei Ankunft wurde mir telefonisch mitgeteilt das ich im 2. Stock mein Zimmer habe keinen weiteren persönlichen Kontakt auch bei der Abreise nicht. Der Fernseher war ebenfalls nicht angeschlossen.
Ich habe mehrmals angerufen sowie eine SMS geschrieben .und auch eine Nachricht über booking an das Hotel gesandt um die Rechnung für die Übernachtung zu bekommen , nach zwei Tagen habe ich immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten.
Mir ist völlig unklar wie man so ein Hotel führen kann

Alles gut.
Pros:

Es ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar;Bus oder Bahn.Es ist sauber, mann kann auch die Küche benutzen und auch Tea und Kaffee holen. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es kein Stuhl,vielleicht Platzmangel,aber es könnte einen schmalen oder kleinen zum Tisch bzw.Schreibtisch reinpassen.Vielleicht ein kleine Kühlschrank wird richtig nutzbar für Medikamente oder Lebensmittel.

Toplo i udobno
Pros:

Veliki krevet, veoma toplo čak i sa otvorenim prozorom. Autobuska stanica bukvalno ispred. Odlična komunikacija sa gazdaricama. Vrlo čisto i udobno.

Cons:

Možda je falila stolica ili fotelja u apartmanu. Transport je bio nezgodan, jer se ceo grad renovirao.
