Très belle chambre mais quelques déceptions
Pros:

L’emplacement était très bien, juste à côté des télécabines. La chambre était top: très grande, avec tout le nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner était d’excellente qualité. La piscine avait des buses et jolie vue.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié découvrir que la piscine n’était pas incluse ( il faut trouver la précision sur le site de booking!!’) et ce n’est pas un petit supplément: 15 euros par adulte et 10 par enfant!!! Sachant que la piscine n’est ouvert que de 13h à 19h… de plus elle n’est pas grande… À l’arrivée c’était vraiment comme si nous étions les premiers clients surpris… au départ ( après avoir montré le manque de clarté),
Le discours était différent: souvent les gens ne savent pas, on a déjà dit à booking mais ça ne change pas.. aucun geste commercial..
Dans la chambre nous avions 2’peignoirs pour 3, dont un taché. Après réclamation nous avons obtenu sans autre le nécessaire. Certaines choses ne semblent pas très entretenues ce qui est surprenant pour l’hôtel: trampoline hors d’usage, jouets abîmés.. Pour le
Repas du soir ce n’était pas aussi comme nous l’avions cru. Nous avons mangé ailleurs!
