Bei der Ankunft am Abend wartete uns böse Überraschungen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass Unterkunft keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert und wir in Bargeld / national Währung bezahlen müssen. Niemand hat uns darüber informiert. Nach langem Suchen vom Geldautomat haben wir bezahlt. Dann die nächste Überraschung - man sagte uns, dass Hotel völlig ausgebucht ist und trotz offiziellen Bestätigung gab es für uns kein Zimmer frei... Als Nächstes hat man uns mit allen Koffern zu einem anderen Hotel , zwei Strassen weiter, geschickt - angeblich musste dort ein Zimmer für uns frei sein. Nach langem Diskutieren mussten wir wieder zurück- anderes Hotel sei ebenso Ausgebucht gewesen. Während wir beim anderen Hotel versucht haben, kamen andere Geste zum Downtoun Hotel - mit dem selben Problem!!! Um unser Geld zurückzubekommen hat man uns gebeten die Buchung zuerst zu stornieren. Nach unserer Bitte uns zumindest Taxikosten aus Kulanz zu erstatten - hat man uns abgesagt. Am Ende hat man uns und andere Geste, mit einer formelle Entschuldigung um ca 20.00 Uhr einfach auf die Starsse gesetzt.

Thin walls, i woke up because other people ate breakfast down stairs

The bed was a REAL NIGHTMARE!! 2 single mattresses arranged on a queen bed platform, moving at each body movement and slipping out of it (so either you sleep still like a corpse or you eventually find yourself on the wooden platform in between the mattresses). Moreover, the two sagging mattresses, with THEIR SPRINGS HANGING OUT, were extremely uncomfortable and VERY DANGEROUS FOR GUESTS (the sharp springs could injure someone). Like a cherry on top of this mess, the two mattresses were barely covered by a bedsheet that was too thin, too small and had holes in it, so you will eventually find yourself sleeping directly and unhygienically on the bare mattress, while the sheet lies all tangled in a corner. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY.

Não gostei do fato de não haver um preparo para receber o cliente: eles ficam confusos com relação a veracidade da reserva e do pagamento. Você não fica hospedado no hotel, e sim, te enviam para outro procimo: o Green Inn. A minha estadia anterior foi simplesmente cancelada no Booking, o que impossibilitou a avaliação. Alem disso, apesar de haver café da manhã disponível na reserva, eles simplesmente não prepararam. Existem hoteis menos confusos e mais preparados na região (até mais baratos).

Check in wasn’t easy as the lady didn’t speak English, she was also the cleaner, and wasn’t familiar with taking credit card payments and had to call the owner who also speaks English. As I said ok for a night but better options available in the area.

- We weren't sure if he take breakfast upon check in. At the evening we were told it's to late to order, food has already been bought from the market. For us that was okay, we had a big dinner, and Mari gave us coffee and tea nontheless.
