Ontbijt niet voor westerlingen geschikt. Personeel verstond geen woord Engels.

Prachtig hotel
Pros:

Mooi authentiek hotel met grote kamers en heel groot bed.Aparte sofa en ruim bureau. Heerlijke douche
Prima ontbijtbuffet.
Heel vriendelijk personeel in alle geledingen. Alleraardigst en lief is Sylvia van de receptie.
Kebun Raya park ligt op 100m en de ingang rechtsaf op zo'n 500m. Supermarkt in de straat.

Cons:

Niet alle receptionisten zijn echt goed in Engels, wat je toch wel mag verwachten.

Pros:

Breakfast really nice with good selection of food, coffee event they give bandrek.
Room was big and clean
The view at the restaurant during breakfast was amazing with Mount Salak in the scene. Very beautiful.
The front office, security even the cleaner very polite, friendly and quick to respond.

Cons:

We got room at the fourth floor.
Well, at first we got a good sleep but then we woke up around 2 am because of loud noise (the noise something like people walking, hitting the wall and move the furniture) at the next room.
We called the front office and they sent security to help us (appreciate that)
The problem was the room beside us turn out empty. They showed us the room as the proof. That room was very neat so it was impossible that someone was there.
As we really scarred, we asked to move to other room and they agree with it (we appreciate that too)
They move us to the fifth floor then the noise come again and this time from the sixth floor.
In the morning, the liquid bottle cap was opened and we haven't used the bathroom at all.
