Clean and Good Value.
Pros:

The hotel was great value for money and fit for purpose for an overnight stay when commuting. The area is quite remote mid level residential so there isn't much of a street scene that we encountered, but we did arrive late and leave early as we were just overnighting awaiting a trip to the mountains ion the morning. The rooms are comfortable, there is a decent onsen in the building and they have a lovely Japanese style restaurant in the lobby of the building which seems well attended by locals and is bustling and a good vibe. It's a quick easy walk of about 2 blocks from the station.
