ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เดินไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟประมาณ 450 เมตร โรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินอยู่ประมาณ 4 รอบ แต่บางรอบเต็มเร็ว พนักงานน่ารักให้บริการดีมาก ให้การช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี

雖然入住時，知道是smoking room， 但是烟味實在是太重了，就算打開窗戶通風幾個小時還是一樣，因爲内在空氣循環系統本就充滿烟味。It's hard to sleep at night.

Pros:

Lovely accomodation that has everything we needed after our flight was cancelled at New Chitose airport. For a 3 star hotel it was a 4-5 star experience with an amazing onsen and traditional Japanese breakfast for 1100yen. There was even a complementary airport bus for us the next morning, just wonderful.

Great value for money
Pros:

Very clean and well appointed rooms. Good hotel breakfast

Cons:

It would be nice if the shuttles to the airport run for longer (finishes at around 9am). It’s hard to walk with luggage to the hotel over the snow. But this is a problem shared with most hotels in winter in Hokkaido.
