Pros:

Good, clean, relatively close to everything we wanted to see.

Easy communication via WhatsApp. The owner helped us to order tours to Ha Long Bay, including taxi to airport.

Nice and quiet homestay right in the old quarter.
Pros:

The homestay was located away from the street which made it the perfect location! Close to everything in the old quarter, but away from noise. The host Thu was very helpful during our stay, gave nice recommendations, provided us with a heater during a colder night, and helped book further travels.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit old, and the madras a bit hard, but this is minor details. We loved staying here and everything else was nice.

Très bien pour des nuitées ; propriétaire réactive
Pros:

4 nuitées dans 3 hébergements différents dont le dernier surclassé !
Pas forcément très facile à trouver mais les propriétaires sont disponibles par WhatsApp et se déplacent rapidement si besoin. Il y a des boîtes à clés très pratiques. Très bon accueil !
Très bien situé, à proximité de la rue du train...

Cons:

La salle de bain est parfois basse de plafond, pas pratique pour les grands !
Il manque aussi de la place pour poser ses affaires dans la sdb.
A noter qu'il n'y a pas forcément de fenêtres que l'on peut ouvrir. C'est donc sombre et plutôt réservé aux nuitées.

Very convenient, pracical and comfortable stay. The owner is friendly and efficient.
Pros:

Conveniently located, next to Hang Da Market in the Old Town. A bustling area with all main attractions within 10-15 minutes walking distance.
Well renovated house with all the key facilities.

Cons:

The first appearance was a bit odd as the house is located in a small sideway of the main road. You have to pass a small way before you reach the homestay. the homestay itself is nice, clean and tidy

Agradable y cómoda
Pros:

Teníamos una noche reservada en este apartamento y hubo un problema con las tuberías antes de nuestra llegada. Los anfitriones nos ofrecieron ir a otro apartamento mejor sin cargos. No puedo hablar de estas habitaciones por que no llegamos a verlas pero las que nos ofrecieron estaban impecables y muy limpias. Los anfitriones son muy amables. 100% recomendado.
