Overall, I found the stay very poor value for money and left feeling extremely disappointed.

The most serious issue occurred when the housekeeping team left my room key in the door. When I returned in the evening, I found my room had been left unlocked for what could have been around eight hours. Fortunately, nothing had been stolen, but this was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable. It left me feeling very uneasy about the hotel's standards of security. The hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. The rooms are dated, with worn fixtures and fittings. The shower was in poor condition, with broken parts that meant I had to hold the shower head by hand while washing. This is not what I would expect from a hotel charging these rates. The breakfast was also very disappointing and certainly not worth the additional cost. The coffee tasted unpleasant, and the selection was extremely limited, consisting mainly of basic bread rolls, ham and cheese of very poor quality. It offered little variety or value.
I had booked this hotel to celebrate my friend's birthday and was hoping for a memorable stay. Sadly, the moment we opened the door to the room, I felt completely let down. Instead of enjoying the occasion, I was left wishing we had chosen somewhere else.

It is disappointing that this experience overshadowed what should have been a wonderful trip to Portugal. Unfortunately, because of the poor standards, lack of security and overall condition of the hotel, I would not return and cannot recommend it to others.
If you'd like, I can also make this sound firmer and more like a 1-star Tripadvisor or Booking.com review. Only good aspect is location

Pros:

Розташування в центрі біля метро. Всюди можна дістатись пішки. Є ліфт. В номері немає фена, але його можна взяти на ресепшн. Балкон виходить у внутрішній двір. Ліжко зручне з ортопедичним матрасом.

Cons:

Дуже маленька душова кабіна, не для великих людей.

Pros:

Jhon, Lina y Fran son maravillosos, atentos buenas personas y muy dispuesto para todo. La zona es altamente recomendable, está ubicada en un excelente sitio, cerca de todo, paradas de bus y puntos de interés de la ciudad

Cons:

La cama hacía muchísimo ruido cada vez que me movía, la otra cama estaba bien. Las ventanas podrían aislar más el ruido. Es una zona altamente concurrida por lo que se oyen mucho vehículos y personas.
