Check in:we were the only guests doing a check in and it tooks around 40 minutes to get it done. First at all, the frontdesk ladie said that I didnt have a reservation, even I'm showing her a confirmation number by Hotels.com by App and e-mail. We booked Executive Suite, so I paid little more to be an Executive Suite, but they got us in a Standard Room with an excuse that didnt have any more Executive Suite available.
Room:Standard room in the ground floor, the room was clean, but it was too noisy! Noisy from the staff speaking laudly, sometimes even screaming, noisy from another guests, noisy from the kitchen, noisy from the lobby and it was after 11:30PM. I asked twice for a silence because it was too late, and it worked only for few minutes.
Restaurant:menu with many food options, dinner was good.
Breakfast:buffet breakfast with few options of cold food! Food covered by newspaper
Staff:most of Treebo Hotels that I've been staying the staff should wear a uniform, not in this case where I saw only 1 worker with uniform, another workers without Hotel uniform wich is hard to recognize the staff. Most of the workers with indelicate behavior.
Check out: it also took so long because the same frontdesk ladie from the check in asked us to do the payment, but our booking was already paid by Hotels.com, even I'm showing her again by Hotels.com App and e-mail that my booking has been paid, she didn't trust us and asked to do the payment again.The worst Hotel experience in India
