La piscina, las camas, la vista
Respecto a los baños, estos no tienen ventilación por ende, se contamina todo el ambiente haciéndolo desagradable. Los muebles de la salita están ya algo viejos y en ese espacio recomendaría agregar un televisor y un par de sillas en la barra de la cocina, yo que fui con mis dos menores hijos sufrí un poco. Por lo demás las camas y la limpieza están ok.
Lo tranquila que era la pieza
Que llegue a las 1 de la tarde y me dicen no podes registrarte tiene que esperar hasta las 3 de la tarde
El personal muy agradable
La presión del agua fría baja, el agua muy caliente costaba graduar; el laba mano se tapa a con facilidad

The studio is amazing, it is quite big and has two large beds which were very comfortable. It is very clean and they clean the studio every day. The pool is big and the lounge chairs with cushions are very comfortable. The hostess was also very kind.
The kitchen didn't have a small pan and when we asked for it, it took them 1,5 hours to bring while we wanted to cook. Other than that, our stay was amazing
El.sector, tenía muchos servicios cerca, me gustó que me pudieran dar un piso alto, muchas gracias.
Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas, se escucha todo el ruido de la calle. La atención del personal al llegar, no fue muy amable.
El apartamento es cómodo, tiene lo necesario para unas vacaciones piola.
El personal es un poco frio, hay una carpa de circo instalada al lado por lo que hay ruidos de motor y música en la noche.
La vista
No tuvieron personal para hacer check out, me dirigí el dia anterior a informar que salía al otro día temprano porque tenia un vuelo, la persona que estaba el día anterior, no tenia idea como hacer el check out, asumí el problema sin molestia y le pedí dejar informado para el otro día. Al otro dia nadie tenia idea de la salida, el encargado de local se fue en la mañana dejando a un guardia que me dijo que tenia esperar 1 hora al relevo, hora que tenia para llegar al aeropuerto, me tuve que ir dejando la garantía, sin hacer el check out, pedí los números telefónicos o correos de contacto directos del hotel para ver como lo solucionaba después a distancia, tampoco los tenían en el hall de acceso, me derivaron a un call center y un correo genérico (como no van a tener el número del hotel), me tuve que ir sin mayor reclamo porque estaba muy apurado y preocupado por mi vuelo. A la salida no me abrían el portón tuve que bajar 1 piso al subterraneo corriendo y subir otro al primero al hall para que alguien me abriera ya a ese entonces muy atrasado y con mi auto arrendado en el portón andando y con mi familia adentro, fue un desastre total no hice mas reclamo al personal que estaba ya que claramente esta muy mal capacitado o informado y desconozco las responsabilidades de la cadena de mando del lugar, la planificación de la contingencia es un desastre, por suerte me llamaron al otro día y me devolvieron la garantía ya que pense que la perdería, pero el personal de relevo y fin de semana o del turno, simplemente no le importo el cliente simplemente se limitó a no saber y a escusarse en eso de no saber para no ayudarme, un desastre, con decir que con la demora fuimos con mi familia los últimos en embarcar en el vuelo una pésima experiencia gracias al hotel.
