La ubicación, el departamento y la limpieza
Los ascensores son un poco chicos y el gym le falta equipamiento
La ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad del personal, piscina.
Los ascensores muy descuidados y eso se asocia con inseguridad.
No hay opciones para desayuno. Casino fuera de funcionamiento

Buena ubicacion, dependencias amplias
Ventanal de la habitación defectuoso, no se cerraba, con el viento golpeaba toda la noche, lo que no permitió un buen descanso, que era lo escencial.
Acto seguido, preguntó en qué habitación nos hospedábamos y, al verificar el sistema del establecimiento, procedió a tomar una fotografía de la pantalla donde se encontraban nuestros datos personales, incluyendo RUT, nombre completo, dirección y número de teléfono, tanto míos como de mi pareja.
Esta acción constituye una situación extremadamente grave, ya que implica un uso indebido y no autorizado de datos personales de huéspedes.
La discusión continuó hasta que finalmente llegó la recepcionista, quien actuó de forma correcta y colaborativa, subiendo con nosotras a la habitación y resolviendo el problema eléctrico. Posteriormente, intercedió para que el guardia eliminara la fotografía de nuestros datos, ya que en un primer momento se negó a hacerlo.
A pesar de borrar la imagen, el guardia manifestó que “igual ya tenía nuestros datos”, lo que resultó particularmente intimidante.
En definitiva, la experiencia fue profundamente deficiente, considerando los múltiples problemas descritos.
Adicionalmente, es importante recalcar que perdimos una cantidad excesiva de tiempo intentando solucionar todos estos problemas, lo que afectó directamente nuestra estadía. En lugar de poder utilizar las instalaciones con normalidad, debimos dedicar gran parte de nuestro tiempo a resolver situaciones que no deberían haber ocurrido, lo que deterioró significativamente la experiencia como huéspedes.
Contamos con fotografías y registros audiovisuales de lo ocurrido.
En atención a lo anterior, solicitamos que se revise formalmente lo sucedido, se adopten medidas respecto del personal involucrado y se nos entregue una respuesta formal a este reclamo.
Asimismo, dejamos constancia de que nos reservamos el derecho de ejercer las acciones legales que correspondan, tanto respecto del actuar del guardia como de la eventual responsabilidad del establecimiento por los hechos descritos.
La piscina excelente en cuanto al desayuno deberían tener instalaciones con desayuno bufet para poder elegir con diferentes opciones

Demora en salir agua caliente. Tuvimos que esperar veinte minutos para que comenzara a salir la misma!

El aseo, faltaba barrer debajo de la cama y sacudir las camas,

Faltaba hacer aseo al piso y el ventanal estaba en mal estado, no cerraba y era demasiado pesado por la falta de mantencion en las correderas.
Pesima la atención,
No realizaron la reserva dejandome sin opciones sin soluciones con mi familia, decepcionados de booking y el hotel en mención no lo recomendaré y pasare la información a los que conozco del mal servicio.
