Pros:

Location, near everything you may need.

Cons:

Minimalist rooms, not very clean, plumming issues - dripping water noise, noisy - no double window glass, only one towel is provided.

Une Horreur

À fuir, ça a été la pire nuit de sommeil de toute ma vie. Un hôtel avec une odeur nauséabonde de cigarettes et avec un sol totalement noir et poussiéreux à cause de la crasse qui s’accumule. Aucun ménage n’a été effectué. Les draps étaient probablement encore sales et avec le bruit assourdissant de la discothèque au sous-sol, vous êtes sûre de ne pas dormir. Cet hôtel est à fuir de toute urgence, il serait plus préférable de dormir dans la voiture.

The Hotel is in a Good a Location ,near All Shops ,Shopping Mall & Restaurants But INTERNET VERY SLOW KEPT Going Off , Had to Ask Mustapha Reception Staff for Soup & Shampoo for BATHROOMS ITEMS & Pool had no Water init
Break Fast was Less Items than I had Before in this Same Hotel Meant to be a 4 Star hotel NOT SATISFIED.

Good location Over priced for what they offered
Pros:

I liked that it was local to where I needed to be.

Staff were OK. I liked that the bathroom was a good size and that it had a safe

And it has a pool on the roof. Breakfast was included and it was a quiet room

Cons:

The receptionist charge me 50 Dirhams per night for city tax which is wrong.
It was rated 4 stars and its more like 3 stars. it was called hotel and spa but there was no spa.
i think it was over priced for what they offered

Cons:

Everything didn't like. There was power cut in middle of night for 3 hours. No shower is working. No AC is working good. No swimming pool is working. Very bad breakfast.

L'hotel est a l'image de Marrakech :Tres bruyant .
Pros:

L'acceuil et l'amabilité du personel ,la situation de l'hotel
Place de parking réservée devant l'hotel : un grand plus !!.
Literie propre .

Cons:

Hotel tres bruyant malgrés une chambre classée supérieure ,isolation phonique tres peu efficace ,propreté relative ,frigo HS porte de douche disparue ....
Petit déjeuner servis sur le boulevard avec une circulation infernale et donc vraiment bruyant comme durant toute la nuit .

Un contraste frappant entre l’épanouissement à l’extérieur et le cauchemar vécu à l’intérieur.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, mais tout le reste est décevant

Cons:

Publicité mensongère : hôtel vendu comme un 4 étoiles qui ne correspond même pas à un 1 étoile.
Chauffage central hors service, fuites d’eau aux toilettes, TV hors service ,obligation de supplier le personnel pour obtenir un shampooing ou même un rouleau de papier toilette, présence d’araignées dans la chambre.
Absence de double vitrage, avec un bruit constant dû à un DJ situé sous la chambre, faisant la fête quotidiennement jusqu’à 4 h du matin. Personnel globalement aigri, à l’exception de deux salariés qui ont fait de leur mieux pour nous aider.
Une expérience horrible à l'intérieur de hôtel.

A room that is not up to standard
Cons:

The room was disgusting.

Toilet: Flusing the toilet is not working properly. Water accumulate in the sink. There was no hot water for shower. So it was impossible to take a shower on a rainy day. Door was not working to lock or unlock.

The room had a bad small from cigarettes (it came from the hallway). There is a club downstairs which is very noisy and we couldn’t sleep well. We slept at 3-4 am because of it.

We had a problem with the check-in and they gave us a room that was not nice.

Overall, the room was not worth the stay and the price because of the bad service, bad room and bad experience.

I’d like a refund because I was not feeling comfortable.
