Pros:

Katastrofalt hotell. Trots att vi hade en bekräftad bokning vägrade de släppa in oss när vi kom fram och påstod att hotellet var fullt. Personalen var otrevlig, hälsade inte ens vid ankomst, hjälpte inte till överhuvudtaget och verkade inte bry sig om att vi stod utan rum. Helt oacceptabelt beteende och extremt dålig service. Undvik detta hotell om ni inte vill riskera att bli lämnade utan boende.

It was a huge disappointment
Pros:

The staff were nice and they tried their best to accommodate us and serve us breakfast etc.

Cons:

There were almost no lights in the room, it was semi dark. It was not clean. The toilet did not have a flush. The curtain was broken. There was dust everywhere - it was not clean. There were roadworks all along the street. The potential is huge, it could be a wonderful hotel but the owner needs to invest money in it and make it beautiful and clean, not rip off the customers.

L'hotel n'a pas bougé depuis 10 ans... un drame ! Seul l'emplacement est bon

Cons:

La chasse d'eau était cassée, lumière cassée dans la salle de bain... dans le noir, serviettes de bain grises, couette pas dans la housse de couette... ils ne savent pas faire un lit. C'est mal entretenu, tout est abimé et mal rafistolé, le bureau était recouvert de papier peint pour cacher qu'il était tout abimé et bien sur le papier peint se décollait en rouleau. Rideaux arrachés, décrochés, non opaques... Quand nous avons sollicité la réception ils nous ont dit : c'est bizarre, c'est une chambre supérieure, tout le monde aime la 203.

Once good, but no longer worth staying at.

I guess I had a room with a door so there's that.

Cons:

I've stayed at La Rennaisance in the past and have had a great experience, but this year it was really poor.

The room was dirty and had ants, i didn't have any toiletries except for toilet paper and a single towel, and to top it off, the reception weren't even aware of my booking and tried to deny I had one and had paid for it.

Breakfast has really gone downhill too. There used to be a great buffet in the dining area, but now it's just basic food with zero choice.

Noise was also a big issue. Loud music was playing from the bar downstairs until 3am which doesn't help when you're trying to get a sleep.

Overall I'd say its no longer somewhere worth staying at.

Worst place to stay staff was non cooperative,no toilet paper in the washroom,have to repeatedly ask for toilet paper, no soap & towels, soap was given late night & no towels even the next day checked out without taking shower because of towels &soap, the staff were physically fighting
