Utilisation de la partie commune cuisine fort appréciable, c est vraiment un plus ++

L'isolement de l établissement en plein dans une zone hôtelière en pleine construction.

Mooi hotel voor een lage prijs. Inclusief gym en zwembad. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Veel ruimte en mooie inrichting vam het hotel/ de kamers. Het zwembad en de gym zijn perfect.
Prima prijs- kwaliteit.

Cons:

Geen warme douche. Het internet hapert regelmatig.

Great hotel, amazing staff, jungle experience
Pros:

The villa design is brilliant, with spacious rooms and total privacy thanks to the individual en-suites. We loved the quiet vibes, the gorgeous pool, and the seriously cool gym setup.

But honestly? The staff stole the show. WOW. Fakundo, Matthias, and Josepa went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every recommendation was spot on, from places to eat and activities (that they'll happily book). Always available, always supportive, and always radiating positivity. They are the heart of this place!

There's an option to rent a bike, ATV, and scooter at the front desk; the area is up and coming with lots of restaurants and coffee; however, you do need a sort of transfortation.

Cons:

Due to the jungle location, reception and Wi-Fi are limited.
The restaurant is not equipped to accommodate a large group of people at the same time, so service might be slow. However, the food is great

Pros:

Nous avons aime la localisation excentree, facile pour se garer pile devant l’établissement.
Le personnel a l’accueil qui est aux petits soins et donnent beaucoup de conseils pour visiter Tulum ! Encore merci !

Cons:

Piscine à l’ombre difficile d’y aller. Jaccuzi de la chambre moyennement accueillant.

Bardzo czysty i spokojny hotel. Pokoje zgodne ze zdjęciami. Niesamowicie wygodne łóżka i taras, na którym cudownie siedzi się wieczorami. Bardzo podobała nam się możliwość korzystania z prywatnego basenu znajdującego się na tarasie.

Cons:

Kuchnia mogłaby być lepiej wyposażona a naczynia czystsze. Lokalizacja dobra, ale wokół buduje się jeszcze wiele hoteli, więc raczej polecamy skorzystanie z samochodu niż przemieszczanie się pieszo - w szczególności w nocy, gdy jest ciemno

Lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

The rooms, overall facilities eg. gym and pool and staff at the hotel were lovely! The staff arranged some activities and bikes very easily.

Cons:

The location is a bit out the way of everything, with little lighting if you are walking around at night.
It was also very easy to hear the rooms next door unfortunately, so I would recommend earplugs.
