Good stay..
Pros:

Room was neat and clean, food was good. Hosts were cordial. Parking space was there.

Cons:

Nothing to highlight as not likable.
But compared to the price we paid i think minimum 2 bottles of complementary water bottles could have been provided.

Pros:

Nothing it's a one plus one chawal system property it's a scam . Everything was worst except food nothing was good no hot water no cleanliness nothing bedsheets were sustainable ac was not working. Tv was off . It's a guju property no non veg u can eat nothing citi is far transportation is more costly as a couple no activities no swimming pool ,no bath tub, only guju food u will get nothing else . 0 rating . Location was terrible . Difficult to find

We were initially very disappointed when we turned up and saw the place. We decided to stay anyway.
Pros:

The people who run this home stay sort of resort are nice and hard working. They make a great effort with the limited resources that they have on hand.
The location is great and the view is great.
The rooms are clean even though they are fairly small.
The food is veg. They will order non veg for you if needed.
It is a homely place away from the main town.

Cons:

The property appeared to be a fairly good, 3 star hotel according to Booking.com mobile app. Maybe we were confused. This resort is not really a hotel. It is more of a homestay or, at best, a lodge. It is probably good for groups of young people.
There is no restaurant, for instance. The food is served in the car park. While the couple running the place are nice and helpful, nobody should confuse this place with a standard three star or even a one star hotel.
The breakfast is a choice of one dish which will be served in your room - upma or poha or two slices of bread with toast. Do not confuse this with the normal breakfast spread in the usual "breakfast included" choice. You have no choice but to opt for the breakfast there since there is no other place close by.
The rooms are fairly small and the Premium rooms are on the second floor. There is no lift.
Hot water is available for a few hours in the morning and evening. At other times it is available on demand.
The premium room is simply a super deluxe room with better decor. Size is the same.

Pros:

The property is in a very picturesque location. The views are amazing.
It is somewhere in between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgini, so its great if you have your own car, otherwise the taxi costs really do add up.
There is a bus stop not too far away, so the local stat buses are a possibility.
Breakfast was simple but tasty.
The hosts are great, friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

Stairs - there are no lifts.
Far from restaurants and cafe, so limited options for eating out.

Everything is superb, good experience & enjoyed alot.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience! The location was ideal, and the hospitality was exceptional. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The homemade food was delicious, and the kids loved the play area right outside our rooms. Safety and security measures were impressive. Overall, our stay was cozy and enjoyable.

Cons:

The entrance to the property could be improved. There was no clear signage, making it difficult to locate. The property is situated down a small path from the highway, and the only indicator was a small flex hanging from a tree, which was hard to spot.
