It seems that there were shortage in term of staff...I spoke to authority.... he said this is off season and his staffs are on holiday..

They need to hire a chef as there food quality and taste was below average. This is the only reason which will made us to not book thia property again as food is of most important for us.

The location, price, cleanliness, service were excellent
I stayed on the ground floor, where a cot was placed outside the room near the window and was occupied by a household member. This arrangement compromised privacy and made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the curtains did not effectively block outside light, causing the room to become excessively bright as early as 6:00 AM and disrupting sleep. The windows also lacked adequate soundproofing, and late-night conversations from outside the room were clearly audible, further affecting our rest.

Very bad road and approach, no pucca road, no even road, bad muddy kuchha road down the hill, absolutely nothing closeby, no proper parking, no lift / elevator, balconies are common, Extreme Rat menace at night, It's SCARY, very Small room, water supply on taps in the washroom is so slow that it is almost nil, Internet wifi hardly ever works, the Tv Channels don't have any subscription you have to ask to get one, no OTT works ( tv is outdated). Food and beverages are unnecessarily costly and not up to the market in terms of even basic taste. Lights are very dim and rooms are gloomy. Bedsheets and towels are untidy and of very poor quality. Hygiene needs to be a lot better, Hosts are not truthful
