Pros:

Only location.

Cons:

Bad uncleaned rooms. No intercom. Every time have to walk down to reception. For domestic tourists they only allocate back side rooms. Pictures are absolutely misguiding. Reference the below given actual photos of room. They only cater good to foreign tourists.

Only place to stay in Agonda
Pros:

I couldn't find anything wrong with this property! From the location to the wonderful, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They truly made my holiday special. The food was incredible, the pool had a great atmosphere, and it was so easy to access the beach. massive shout out to Grish the owner who couldn't have been more fun or kind.
They can help arrange and organise anything. The sky is the limit. They know hospitality

Fab location, good value for money and lovely helpful staff. We would stay again and recommend
Pros:

Superb location, very helpful staff with anything we needed and the river at the back of the property was a fantastic place to watch birds and wild monkeys

Cons:

The internet connection was very good but did cut out on a couple of occasions

Terrible value for money
Cons:

I paid almost €40 (~3700 INR) per night, and for that kind of money it was one of the worst places I've stayed at in India.

Loud music. Loud, old, non-maintained and dirty AC, fan hanging loose from the ceiling, warm water for only 40 sec.

Would not recommend staying here unless they renovate or lower the rates.

Pros:

Prime position in the pretty little beach resort of Agonda Southern Goa. This location is within walking distance to the beach. It is also close to beach , shops , cafes restaurants and bars . Clean , comfortable acomimodtion,, surrounded by lush verdant well maintained gardens . Lovely little swimming pool with views of river .

Cons:

The couldnt care less attitude of some of the staff especially guy at reception . Description of room stated tv in room when we were allocated our room there was no TV when questioned about the tv .His reply was do you want one ? At check out he didnt even have a clue what our bill was

Perfect place to relax and chill
Pros:

We arrived before the season had started. Great staff, good location for the beach, or have a dip in the small pool if preferred. Rooms were big and clean and serviced everyday. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Some great restaurants, close-by, Fatima’s being one, where you can Italian coffee! Check out Sam’s bar on Agonda beach, awesome place serving excellent food and cocktails with the best chill vibe you can get.

Cons:

WiFi was a bit hit and miss at times :-)
