Incredible experience. Perhaps my favorite stay in any hotel I have ever stayed. I can't begin to express how great the hospitality was. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was an honored guest of a private home. I stayed there throughout my 2+ week trip to Georgia, as Tbilisi was my base. By the end, I felt like I had a Georgian family. And the accommodations were wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The location is ideal. On my last night they upgraded me to a complimentary suite room, as it was vacant that night, and as a thank you for my 5 previous bookings. Additionally, they surprised me with a plate of Churchkhela. What a place and what a stay. The perfect hotel for exploring Tbilisi ... and all of this beautiful country. A personal thank you to the staff - You are all amazing!

The staff was excellent! Spacy room and bathroom. It was very clean. Good A/C, nice breakfast and continent location

An all round top stay! Friendliest hotel staff in Georgia! Big, clean room. Amazing shower in Room 302! Great to sit on the balcony and watch the funicular go up and down the hill - great view at night too. Free road parking opposite hotel. Very attentive at breakfast topping things up as they ran out.

Удобное местоположение. Очень приветливый персонал, с терпение относились ко всем вопросам 2 пожилых людей. Чистый просторный номер. Со всеми удобствами. Балкон где приятно провести вечер после долгих прогулок. Место куда хочется вернуться еще

Very nice staff, receptionists always cordial, all perfect!!

Отель находится рядом с улицей Руставели, при этом на тихой улочке, ночью тихо. При заселении хозяйка отеля принесла тарелку с чурчхелой, изюмом и орехами, это было неожиданно, очень приятно и вкусно. И при выселении мы тоже получили милый подарок на память.
Номер просторный, чистый, ежедневная уборка, есть халаты, тапки, зубная щетка. Балкон с видом на Мтацминду, телебашню и колесо обозрения, вечером особенно красиво с подсветкой. Очень удобное расположение, много всего находится в пешей доступности.
Завтраки достаточно простые, каждый день немного разные, вкусные

Нас всегда нравится и подходит этот вариант и по этому мы возвращаемся сюда снова и снова.
Всегда удивляет насколько удобный матрас и дружелюбный персонал.

The hotel staff so friendly and kind, specially the manager, she is great.

Really helpful in everything. The did not even let us pay until last day, to give us option of cash or credit.

The breakfast, the let me take away to room, which is good if your wife or husband is a sleep.

Have 2 supermarkets infornt of the hotel, both sell different products, break, cake, fruits etc.

Very close to downtown, just take a right from hotel door , then another immediate right , you will be at downtown in 3 minutes.

To get to freedome square, the middle of everything you want in Tbilsi, its 15 min walk, trust me its fast and you cannot feel it bcs many shops along the way, ice cream, supermarkets..so it would be fast and nice walk. Remind me of Oxford Street in London.

Internet and wifi was wow fast for most of the time.

Book this hotel , cosey and have home feeling, specially that king suite with balcony.

Have water hose for cleaning in toilet (WC).

يوجد شفاط، والفندق صغير لكنه مناسب عند وسط المدينه، تاخذ يمين من الباب لما تطلع من الفندق ويمين على طول توصل وسط المدينه 3 دقايق.

اذا تبي فندق ممتاز وماتخسر مصاريف وعند كلشي، اخذ هذا. بولت bolt ضروري لكل المشاوير ياخذ دينار لاغلب المشاير ، لا تأخذو تكسي من الشارع، لان بولت الصراحه رخيص . ابعد مشوار 30 دقيقه يمكن 10 دولار بلاش والله.

مو مناسب لك اذا تبي شي 5 نجوم او انت تبحث على شي فيه روم سيرفس.

يوجد شفاط بمكرمين الحمام.

الريوق يخلونك تاخذ للغرفه، مناسب اذا زوجج او زوجتك نايمه. طيبين جدا.

راح اروح هناك كل اروح تبليسي، طيبين جدا يفتحون النفس الحقيقه ويخلون يومك اجمل...نحتاج ناس كثير نفس العاملين بالفندق هذا.

The staff were very attentive. The family room with balcony was very spacious. There were plenty of places to hang wet towels and clothes - oddly that is not always the case in hotels. Breakfast was good. They were very helpful with parking, especially as the road was temporarily closed because of emergency road works. Great chocolates in Reception!

Everything- location, outstanding staff, quirky interior. The staff even made oat milk, especially for our daughter who has a dairy allergy, and helped print documents we needed for a visa - nothing was too much trouble.

Мы не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, думаю этим все сказанно. Персонал супер вежливый, приветливый, комнаты чистые, большие и светлые. Завтрак достаточный.
Мы уже забронировали свой следующий раз в этом отеле.

10+ Превосходный отель, бронировали в начале мая. Один из немногих случаев, когда действительно чувствуешь, что всё нацелено на качество.
Просторный, стильный номер с большой комфортной кроватью и балконом. Отель расположен в центре, буквально 5-7 минут от метро пешком, и при этом на очень тихой улице, что приятно удивило)
Идеальная чистота, ежедневная уборка номеров, обновление бутылок воды, чая, кофе.
Хороший и вкусный завтрак в формате шведского стола.
Радушный персонал, выручили нас после выселения - рейс был посреди ночи, и мало того, что разрешили оставить весь багаж на день, что позволило нам без дополнительных забот день путешествовать, так еще и вечером по возращению в отель, мы смогли спокойно отдохнуть перед отлётом, и так же любезно нас угостили пирогом, чаем и кофе)
Такое заботливое отношение к клиентам не везде можно встретить.
Также при выселении сделали приятный подарок. Желаю процветания, Kazma Boutique Hotel - место, куда хочется вернуться :)

I really enjoyed the large rooms ... more like a suite. Also ... the location in Old Tbilisi was really good. Bolt drivers found me easily.
