Friendly staff, we could have breakfast earlier when we were forced by the programme

A very comfortable and spacious room, impeccably clean, with an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Freedom Square and the city center.

The hotel was exceptional, We stayed for 6 nights. Location was great within walking distance to Liberty Square and Places of Interest and cafe's and restaurant.

Our room have exceeded our expectation, better than the photos. I love the Roman spa inspired room. The mosaic tile flooring was just beautiful, especially with my allergy. The room was spacious and coffee & tea making facilities, bar fridge etc.. everything you need in a room to make your stay comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed.

By this time we have been travelling for a few weeks and needed to rest for a few days. The bed and pillows was most comfortable. The room was cleaned and fresh towels we're replenished everyday. Hotel housekeeping staff we're so lovely and accommodating.

Sadly we had a bad experience in Vienna. The room i booked wasn't the same that was given to us, worst still the bed and pillows have seen better days. Kazma Hotel was such a welcome relief. Save our holiday.

The hotel staff were amazing especially Nino and Giorgi who was welcoming and helpful, from finding a taxi and places to eat etc.. and translation from georgian to english.

Thank you to everyone at kazma Hotel for making our stay a wonderful experience.

OVERALL IT'S 10 OUT 10

La nostra camera era molto ampia, decisamente più del normale, con un comodo salottino all'ingresso, pulita e molto funzionale. Più che discreta la colazione, anche se non eccessivamente varia. Ottima la posizione, pochi minuti a piedi dal Parlamento e da Piazza della Libertà, centro della città. Staff cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto la receptionist che ci ha fatto il check in.

Staff, staff, staff. Exceptional! You constantly feel to be taken care of.

מלון בוטיק בשכונה שקטה מרחק הליכה מככר החרות. הצוות נהדר אדיב ועוזר בכל דבר.ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד ומגוונת.קבלנו מגש צ'ורצ'וחלה כשהגענו ומתנה קטנה כשעזבנו. לגבי האינטרנט - שימו לב שיש לכל קומה מגבר אינטרנט וכדאי להתחבר לפי מספר הקומה שאתם נמצאים בה.

Personalet var super hyggelig! Jeg ble dårlig på turen og de gjorde alt de kunne for at jeg skulle ha de bra.

Fine store rom.

The staff were very friendly and helped us to heat our food, provided extra water and guidance where needed.

The room was cleaned everyday and hot water available in the shower.

- it’s new but it didn’t lost the “Georgian vibe”
- location is great because it’s near various restaurants and cafe, supermarkets, malls, tourist attractions but also located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
- the room is big. We stayed in a room with 3 twin beds and a living room
- the bed and pillow are comfortable
- the water, coffee and tea are refilled everyday
- very clean and smells great
- the variety of breakfasts and the candies in the reception
- the staff are very welcoming

位置不错，虽非最核心的老城中心，但离自由广场和小火车下站都不远，非常安静。房间面积充足，现代风格，简单实用。早餐不错。
Good location. It’s not right in the heart of the old town, but not far from Freedom Square and the cable car station. Very quiet. Spacious room, modern style, simple and practical. Good breakfast.

Detta är ett litet hotell som ligger på en mindre gata men mycket centralt. Tyst, bekvämt och med OK standard för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.
Vårt rum hade en något märklig indelning ing med en alkov med en soffa som inte gick att använda till någonting förutom avlastning.
